It backs technical founders in software, healthcare and deep technology while helping with customer discovery, pricing, sales and product-market fit. Its current team includes founder/general partner Jordan Wan and investor Libby Fidel, whose focus covers deep tech and AI. Libby’s own appointment announcement is dated July1,2026; both current public named team members are recorded with genuine individually attributed portraits. Third-party extra adviser/headcount claims are not treated as a current published roster. The exact cofoundpartners.com platform is distinct from similarly named cofounder studios, cofound.com and general founder partnerships. Its primary March31,2026 FormADV identifies the Delaware legal adviser CoFound Ventures Management, LLC, CRD315294, alongside related CoFound fund/GP entities. The current platform identity is linked by those exact legal filings and its named founder; neither a concept-fund LLC nor a fund-specific GP is silently substituted as the paying subscriber for every portfolio investment. Isaac’s precise subscribing fund/SPV and individual ticket remain unpublished. Formative/CloserIQ is Jordan’s separate recruitment-business history, not a duplicate fund manager. Three exact primary legal vehicles are captured: CoFound Partners, LLC (the2019 concept vehicle), CoFound Partners Venture Fund I, LP (formed2021) and FundII, LP (formed2024). The concept vehicle’s April6,2021 amended FormD reports USD2,000,100 total offered and sold, with zero remaining: an actually fully subscribed offering as of that filing, not a target or incremental extra raise. FundI’s June2022 filing reported10.688M sold-to-date; the manager’s October24,2023 retrospective announces its15M institutional fund. The later15M corpus supersedes that earlier partial snapshot rather than being added to it; exact final closing day is unpublished. FundII’s initial January2025 filing had zero sold before its offering progressed; no later actual corpus is proven. ADV private-fund asset values are investments/valuations, not new LP subscriptions or confirmed corpus. Actual source-proven backing includes IsaacHealth’s USD5.7M Jan29,2024 seed, CoFound’s reported participation in Destro’s USD8M Sep29,2026 seed and its lead of Coverwatch’s USD4.5M Jul23,2026 inception financing. The manager’s own AngelList syndicate material also lists ChartHop, GarnerHealth, NCX, GrowTherapy, Tilled, Almanac and SiteRX, without allocating exact tickets or investment days. Missing and sparse relevant portfolio companies are queued for full primary issuer audits. The sole Isaac issuer owner adds its exact institutional participation; the manager profile does not invent personal founder checks, unknown paying vehicles or duplicate issuer cash rounds.

Hakluyt CapitalHakluyt Capital is the growth-stage technology investing business operated by Hakluyt Capital Limited, UK company09643506, distinct from the wider Hakluyt & Company strategic-advisory business. The legal company was incorporated June17,2015 as AGHOCO1320Limited and renamed Hakluyt Cyber Limited before taking its current name February11,2022. The investing initiative itself was created in2022 and publicly launched inMarch2023; the founding-year field records the legal corporation rather than implying a2015venture strategy. Its current own disclosure identifies it as an appointed representative of FCA-regulated Laven Advisors LLP, not independently authorised simply from that relationship. The firm co-invests alongside venture and growth managers in high-growth technology companies, historically targeting SeriesB toD. Its portfolio spans AI threat intelligence, AI healthcare workflow and care coordination, supply-chain analytics, autonomous drone delivery and enterprise software. It uses the wider Hakluyt network to support market entry, customer and adviser introductions and regulatory context. Strategic advisory engagements or introductions are not themselves equity investments. The current directory publishes six operating investment/operations people and two investment-committee members. Its separate current advisory-board directory publishes Adam Bain, Somesh Dash and Mamoon Hamid as external advisers. Matt Clifford is recorded only as confirmed in theJune2024inaugural board announcement; continuation is unverified because the current list omits him. Co-founder Varun Chandra’s chairman role is explicitly former after the manager’s July2024departure announcement. No adviser is assigned a personal check solely from these affiliations. Its first fund, Hakluyt Capital I LP, reached final close inJune2024 above its USD50M fundraising target; the exact final corpus and closing day are not disclosed in the primary closing announcement or fund counsel’s account. A March27,2024 SEC amendment reported USD28.525M sold at that filing snapshot, not the eventual global final corpus. The fund is a separate UK partnership founded2022, with Hakluyt Capital I GP LLP and Hakluyt Capital GP Limited identified as GP/designated-member entities. No separate bare legal shells or invented allocations are added. Genuine portrait gaps remain for current external adviser Adam Bain and historical founder Varun Chandra.
- Gregory R. Hardester

In Vicarious Surgical’s September17,2021 registration-rights agreement he signs as Manager of AME Cloud Ventures LLC and AME Cloud Ventures Fund I LLC, and as Authorized Person for AME 2019 Fund LP through AME 2019 GP LLC. In the October29,2021 Neutron Holdings note-purchase agreement he signs for AME Cloud Ventures LP through AME Cloud Holdings LLC and for AME 2019 Fund LP. These transaction signatures establish historical legal capacities; a current employment title, investment-partner role and authentic portrait remain unverified.

His areas of interest include automation, machine learning and software-defined infrastructure. Before AME he spent five years in China and India, led business development for Cloud Valley and founded two startups. He earned a master’s degree in engineering at Imperial College. The published role is preserved with its stepback qualification, without asserting an active current new-investment remit.

He founded Taiwan blogging service wretch.cc and led its growth before its acquisition by Yahoo. He earned an MBA at Stanford. AME names Capella Space, Accion Systems, Canvas Technology, MegaBots and Vicarious Surgical as selected portfolio companies. His card repeats Jeff Chung’s social links, so those misbound links are excluded.
Jeff ChungJeff Chung is listed as Managing Director at AME Cloud Ventures, which he joined in 2013. He invests in frontier technology and businesses shaped by data and machine intelligence, including biology, manufacturing and infrastructure. Before AME he invested in growth-stage technology companies at Silver Lake. He earned a bachelor’s degree at UC Berkeley and an MBA at Harvard. AME names Nervana Systems, Freenome, Elementum, Synthego and Rigetti among his selected portfolio companies. The directory’s outside Savioke board wording is older published context, not confirmation of a current 2026 appointment.
- Michael Johns (Neurotrack director)
Michael Johns is named as a director of NeuroTrack Technologies, Inc. in its December2014 SEC FormD. That legal source establishes this historical company affiliation but does not independently bridge him to an unrelated academic, physician or investor namesake. The filing does not name him as the subscribing investor; no personal check or present directorship is inferred.
- Michael Davis (Neurotrack research)
Michael Davis is the principal investigator recorded as MICHAEL NMN DAVIS on NIA award1R43AG047710-01 to Neurotrack Technologies, Inc., FY2014, for its cognitive-assessment research. The award identifies his research role without establishing executive employment, academic credentials or a personally allocated investment. - Asha Robinson-Parks
Asha Robinson-Parks, MD, is the family-medicine physician named in Neurotrack’s clinical advisory-board announcement1November2022. The issuer included external employer captions as context at publication; those are not assumed current outside jobs. This source-dated clinical advisory affiliation is separate from executive employment, a statutory company board seat and individual financing.
- Feyza Marouf
Feyza Marouf, MD, is the geriatric psychiatrist named in Neurotrack’s four-physician clinical advisory board announced1November2022. The primary issuer places her expertise in cognitive clinical care. The dated advisory role is distinct from a current employee or statutory directorship; no unverified external employer, substitute portrait or personal investment is adopted.
Meena MakhijaniMeena S Makhijani, DO, is the UCLA geriatrician named in Neurotrack’s clinical advisory-board announcement1November2022. UCLA’s own provider page describes mechanical-engineering training at UC Berkeley, osteopathic medical education at Nova Southeastern, family-medicine residency and UCLA geriatric fellowship. Her clinical expertise supports this specific historical advisory identity; no current Neurotrack executive or personally allocated check is inferred.
- Deborah Dittberner
Deborah Dittberner, MD MBA, is one of four physicians on Neurotrack’s clinical advisory board announced1November2022. The issuer then described her as an Aledade regional medical director. That outside title and company advisory appointment are historical publication context; a current executive job, statutory board seat or individual financing check is not inferred.
- Nicholas Bott
Nicholas Bott, publicly Nick Bott PsyD in Neurotrack’s2018 announcement, was its historical chief science officer. The2019 NIA notice names Nicholas Bott principal investigator for1R44AG063672-01. These company and award sources bridge the public/formal names; the current chief scientist is Russell Banks, so no present Bott employment is presumed.
- Jordan Glenn
Jordan Glenn is the Neurotrack research principal investigator on NIA annual notices for2020–2022 under AG063672. Older company scientific material describes him as chief science officer. He is absent from the current executive roster, which names Russell Banks; this historical research and science leadership affiliation is source-dated, without a presumed present company employment term or personal investment.
- Cecelia Manzanares
Cecelia Manzanares is named as a Neurotrack scientific co-founder in the company’s founding account and Emory’s technology-transfer success story. Emory identifies her among the licensed visual paired-comparison technology researchers. She is absent from the currently pictured executive roster; her scientific founding role is retained historically without an invented present executive appointment, degree or substitute portrait.
Elizabeth BuffaloElizabeth Buffalo is a Neurotrack scientific co-founder pictured by the company with a University of Washington School of Medicine affiliation. Emory identifies her among the researchers behind the licensed memory and visual paired-comparison technology. This is a scientific founding relationship, distinct from an assumed present company executive position or personally allocated venture investment.
Stuart ZolaStuart Zola is a Neurotrack scientific co-founder pictured on its current company page. Emory’s technology-transfer account identifies his memory-research work and historical leadership of its primate research centre, and describes the visual paired-comparison science licensed to Neurotrack. His scientific founding affiliation does not establish a current statutory company executive job or personal funding check.
Marc LeightonMarc Leighton is Neurotrack’s Vice President of Product, named and pictured on the current company page. His published affiliation concerns the company’s provider-facing cognitive assessment and care platform. No unverified prior employer, academic qualification or unrelated Leighton identity is inferred from the title.
Kaitlyn WilliamsKaitlyn Williams is the Vice President of Customer Success on Neurotrack’s current company roster. Her role is associated with supporting healthcare customers adopting the company’s digital cognitive-screening and care workflows. The named original company portrait supports this identity without merging unrelated Williams profiles or asserting unpublished career credentials.
Dylon MacEachranDylon MacEachran is Neurotrack’s Vice President of Marketing, named and pictured on the current company roster. The affiliation concerns communicating its cognitive-screening and clinical care platform to healthcare organisations. Primary company material establishes this specific executive identity; unverified past employers, degrees and investment allocations are excluded.
Russell BanksRussell Banks, also called Russ Banks in Neurotrack’s authored scientific content, is the current Chief Science Officer pictured on its company page. Own2026 content identifies him as PhD. ADDF identifies him with the company’s multimodal cognitive-assessment research, separately from equity financing. His work concerns digital cognitive phenotyping and ageing; no unrelated Banks identity or presumed clinical licence is adopted.
Amanda IvanovicsAmanda Ivanovics is Neurotrack’s current Chief Growth Officer. Executive-search partner Kindred’s2026 appointment account identifies her prior SVP Sales & Growth role at Milliman MedInsight, growth leadership at Iodine Software and work at the Advisory Board Company. Neurotrack’s own roster and authored posts confirm her current digital-health growth affiliation. No unrelated identity or individual investment is inferred.
Jeff MagnussonJeff Magnusson is the Chief Technology Officer named and pictured on Neurotrack’s current company roster. His published role concerns technology for the company’s digital cognitive assessment and cognitive-care platform, including clinical workflow products. Current primary pages establish this executive identity and role; unrelated Magnusson biographies and unverified previous employers or degrees are excluded.
Elli KaplanElli Kaplan is Neurotrack’s co-founder and CEO on its current company roster. The company traces its2012 founding to her work with the scientific co-founders and her family’s experience of Alzheimer’s disease. SEC notices name her company president/CEO and director. Her affiliation concerns digital cognitive screening and clinical care workflows; no unrelated Kaplan identity or unverified academic credential is adopted.
Ben SilbermannBen Silbermann co-founded Pinterest. Pinterest’s June2022 announcement records his transition from CEO to Executive Chairman, rather than an ongoing CEO appointment. His2025 ASU+GSV speaker biography identifies him as Pinterest Chairman and cofounder, founder of How We Feel and cofounder of Tambourine, with earlier Google work and a Yale degree. The Giving Pledge lists Ben and Divya Silbermann as joint2021 signatories. Synapticure’s February2022 seed announcement explicitly names “Ben and Divya Silbermann” together. Separate personal identities are recorded on that single company financing event with NULL individual allocations; the joint wording does not establish two separate paid tickets or a Pinterest corporate check.
- Divya Silbermann
Divya Silbermann is a philanthropist and founder of Tambourine, identified under that affiliation in Tipping Point Community’s current own board directory. The Giving Pledge lists Ben and Divya Silbermann as joint2021 signatories. Her own public professional post discusses Tambourine’s ALS research support; philanthropic programme commitments are distinct from direct company equity checks. Synapticure’s February2022 seed announcement explicitly names “Ben and Divya Silbermann” together as additional investors. Her personal identity is recorded alongside Ben on the one actual seed financing event with unknown individual allocation, without inferring a Pinterest or Tambourine corporate investment. An authentic self-published portrait was identified, but its public asset host returned403 and no uncertain substitute is used.
Gary BisbeeGerald E. “Gary” Bisbee was a healthcare entrepreneur, author and investor. His2021 AJMC author biography identifies him as cofounder and CEO of Think Medium and host of healthcare-leadership interviews. His longtime collaborator David W. Johnson’s March14,2023 memorial records his death in2023 and career as cofounder of the Health Management Academy and Think Medium, including healthcare banking, academic and policy work. He earned a Wharton MBA and Yale doctorate in chronic-disease epidemiology. Synapticure’s February2022 launch identifies Gerald E. “Gary” Bisbee personally, with the historical Cerner affiliation, as a seed investor. This is the same healthcare leader memorialized under Gary Bisbee, not another similarly named individual; no current Cerner board appointment or corporate check is inferred.
Rohan SethRohan Seth co-founded Clubhouse and Lydian Accelerator. His self-published Clubhouse profile and founder letter confirm the Clubhouse affiliation. Gold House’s name-bound profile describes his CTO/cofounder work, earlier Memry Labs venture acquired by Opendoor, product work at Opendoor and engineering on Google’s Android, Maps and location services. It lists a Stanford computer-science bachelor’s degree and a management-science-and-engineering master’s degree. His nonprofit’s own account describes Lydian Accelerator’s work to accelerate research for rare genetic diseases; this mission is not a claim of proven treatment. Synapticure personally names Rohan Seth, qualified by Clubhouse, as a seed investor; no Clubhouse corporate check is inferred.
Esplanade VenturesEsplanade Ventures is a Canadian digital-health venture-capital firm with Toronto and Montreal offices, investing from seed through Series A and selectively Series B. Its current strategy favours healthcare AI software and companies commercialising in North America. The official portfolio includes Override, Neura Health, Sana Health, Cleerly, Rad AI and other healthcare and technology businesses; exit labels are preserved as historical. The firm’s own June 2021 announcement uses the Esplanade HealthTech Ventures brand and directly links the same esplanadeventures.com domain, establishing the brand bridge. It reports the inaugural Fund I closing with more than CAD21 million of commitments, without an exact corpus. Its current eight-person directory includes two advisers; former 2021 titles are not asserted current. The founder’s current biography says formed in2019, while the 2021 announcement says founded and seeded in February2020; founded is left NULL rather than silently resolving that discrepancy. Carebook’s own filed circular identifies an affiliated shareholder as Esplanade HealthTech Ventures I, G.P.; that does not establish the registered management-company suffix or a new manager identity. Exact management-company registration, underlying Override subscriber, and Fund II’s final corpus and closing date remain unverified. No third-party-only legal Inc. suffix, residual amount, fund target or internal AI-fund filter is treated as verified legal fund cash.
Alexandre NossovskoiAlexandre Nossovskoi is an Esplanade principal investing in digital health and AI. Previously a Sixty Degree Capital principal, he also helped develop Creative Destruction Lab’s health programme and worked at iGan Partners. He earned an innovation and entrepreneurship master’s degree at Queen’s.
Ella SeitzElla Seitz is Esplanade’s managing partner. Previously a McKesson vice president, she led healthcare strategy, transactions, innovation and business development; earlier she was a Kearney principal. She earned an Ivey MBA and McGill commerce degree. Current heading and founder announcement substantiate her promotion beyond the bio’s generic partner wording.
Josh BlairJosh Blair is Esplanade’s venture partner, supporting digital-health investments, commercial strategy and business development. His current biography describes healthcare-technology operating and investment experience. The firm’s 2021 announcement described a general-partner role; that historical title is not substituted for the current venture-partner title.
Kavuchaljan GanesathasanKavuchaljan Ganesathasan is Esplanade’s vice president of finance. Previously a Novartis financial-reporting manager, he advised on complex accounting, product launches and divestments. Earlier he audited public and private companies at KPMG. He studied commerce and professional accountancy at Concordia.

He led Innovation, Science and Economic Development from 2019 to 2024 and Health Canada from 2015 to 2019. His education includes INSEAD, Syracuse and Mount Saint Vincent. He is distinct from the Neo-Bionica electronics engineer with the same name.
Stuart M. ElmanStuart M. Elman co-founded Esplanade and Persistence Capital Partners. Previously Medisys CFO and president, he led its 2002 IPO and 2008 going-private transaction. Earlier he worked in strategy and acquisitions at Trader Classified Media. He studied at Western’s Ivey business school.
Yosef BerlyandYosef Berlyand is an Esplanade advisor and Brown-affiliated academic emergency physician with expertise in care operations, quality and patient safety. He studied medicine at Harvard and completed emergency-medicine training at Massachusetts General and Brigham and Women’s hospitals. He researches care redesign and digital health.
- Alynda Wood
Alynda (Lyndie) Wood is publicly identified as acting chief of staff in NINDS’s Office of the Director. The institute’s staff and director-office material identify the role and acting designation. Her primary Emory graduate-school account describes prior neuroscience research on skill learning and participation in a science-policy advocacy workshop. The acting agency office is kept distinct from a research-grant principal investigator or personal institutional-investment check.
- Annette Gilchrist
Annette Gilchrist oversees NINDS SBIR/STTR drug-development projects, with the staff page calling her a programme officer and the programme-contact page calling her programme director for drug development. She joined NINDS in2022 after Midwestern University teaching and drug-discovery work. Her research background includes GPCR screening and co-founding MyGenomeRx, Cue Biotech and Caden Biosciences. Her PhD is in immunology from Connecticut. The own staff page uses a generic placeholder, which is excluded as a portrait.
- Jessica Forbes
Jessica Forbes is NINDS’s publicly listed scientific programme manager for its small-business programme. The official current programme contact roster establishes this specific NIH neuroscience-funding affiliation. It is distinct from similarly named physicians, interior designers and musicians. No broader employment history, exact appointment day, authentic photograph or personal investment is asserted where the primary source does not publish it.
- Taryn Aubrecht
Taryn Aubrecht is the named NINDS small-business programme contact for clinical and research tools. The current official programme page identifies this precise scope, while older2022 materials used a health-programme-specialist title. The newer published programme-director wording is retained with source qualification. This administrative and scientific role supports neurological technology research; it does not identify a personal investor or imply cash paid to any particular recipient.
- Joe Kraus
Joe Kraus is a technology entrepreneur and investor whom Lime’s own October2019 publication identifies as its President after moving from a partner position at Google Ventures. Lime again quoted him as President in November2023. These are dated historical affiliations; the current English leadership directory does not establish that he still holds that title. Synapticure names Joe Kraus personally, qualified by Lime, among investors in its seed round closed in earlyfall2021 and announced February2022. No Lime or GV corporate investment follows from that identity wording. Name-bound original publisher portraits were identified but their public asset hosts returned403; no uncertain headshot was substituted.
- Emily Caporello
Emily Caporello is listed as director of the NINDS small-business programme on its published programme-contact page. More recent first-person departure evidence reproduced in a public professional post says she moved to FDA’s Office of Neurological and Physical Medicine Devices as deputy director after leading the NINDS programme for seven years. Her NINDS affiliation is therefore explicitly historical/last-published; an exact departure day is not inferred from relative post dates. Programme leadership is not a personal company check.
- David Hodgson
David Hodgson is Vice Chairman of General Atlantic, whose current biography says he joined in1982 as its third investment professional and has worked across the firm’s investment sectors for more than40years. He holds a Dartmouth AB in mathematics and social sciences and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business. Dartmouth’s2012 trustee announcement independently identifies David C. Hodgson as this same General Atlantic investor. Synapticure’s February2022 launch names David Hodgson personally among its seed investors; this personal participation does not establish a General Atlantic corporate check. An authentic current employer portrait was identified but its public host returned403, so no substitute picture is asserted.
John NgaiJohn Ngai directs the NIH BRAIN Initiative and is listed in the NINDS leadership directory under its BRAIN office. NIH’s2020 appointment announcement and his former employer UC Berkeley identify the neuroscience researcher who moved from Berkeley to the cross-institute initiative. His work concerns neural circuits and cell types. The authentic Berkeley appointment portrait is used; the initiative is not represented as a separate company cash payer.
Clinton WrightClinton Wright is the physician-scientist leading NINDS clinical research, named as associate director for clinical research on its current leadership directory. His individually identified Bethesda neurology physician profile corroborates his NINDS division leadership and provides a genuine portrait. This is the NIH neurological-research leader, separate from similarly named lawyers, judges and photographers. The division role establishes institutional research administration, not a personal investment.
Amir TamizAmir Tamiz directs NINDS translational research. He previously oversaw Blueprint Neurotherapeutics and IGNITE programmes linking neuroscience discoveries to therapeutic development. Before joining NIH in2012 he held drug-development positions at Corvas International, CovX and Alba Therapeutics. His doctorate is from Oregon, followed by Georgetown neuroscience postdoctoral work. His authentic BIO convention speaker photograph documents the same scientist; the current NINDS directory determines the present title.
Avindra NathAvindra Nath is NINDS clinical director and an intramural senior investigator studying neurological consequences of infection and immune responses. His official NIH investigator profile identifies clinical and laboratory work concerning HIV and other infections of the nervous system. The same source supplies his genuine named portrait. Clinical research supervision is not evidence of a personal venture investment.
Patrick BellgowanPatrick Bellgowan is NINDS’s acting associate director for neuroscience in the current official leadership directory. Official FITBIR speaker material describes a behavioural-neuroscience PhD from Wisconsin-Milwaukee and neuroimaging training, followed by cognitive-neuroscience work in Tulsa. He joined the NINDS extramural programme in2014 and managed traumatic-brain-injury research. His authentic2016 neurotrauma-conference portrait is retained as historical photography, without treating its older title as his current office.
- Andrea Meredith
Andrea Meredith joined NINDS in November2024 to direct its Division of Extramural Activities. She coordinates grant-related operations, training, research quality and data/analytics functions. Previously a physiology professor at the University of Maryland, she investigated BK potassium channels and KCNMA1 channelopathy, connecting ion-channel function with neurological disease. Her own current leadership and staff pages establish the exact scientist; an unrelated similarly named association officer is excluded.
Jeffrey DiamondJeffrey S. Diamond leads NINDS intramural science. The official NIH Intramural Research Program profile confirms his permanent appointment as scientific director in August2023 following an acting period. His laboratory studies synaptic physiology, including how neurons communicate and how synaptic processes shape neural computation. The primary NIH publisher supplies the genuine named portrait; director and research roles do not establish personal equity investments.
- Jill R. Harper
Jill R. Harper is named on NINDS’s current leadership directory as acting deputy director for scientific management and operations and acting executive officer. She oversees institute scientific-management and operational support through OSMO and the Office of Management. Her NINDS agency duties are distinct from a venture-investment role; no personal company check is inferred. A genuine individually attributed portrait could not be recovered from the blocked publisher site.
National Institute of Neurological Disorders and StrokeThe National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS) is the United States NIH component supporting research on the brain, nervous system and neurological disease. Congress created its predecessor in1950 as the National Institute of Neurological Diseases and Blindness; the current name dates to1988. The exact ninds.nih.gov public institution is represented separately from its NIH parent, other NIH institutes, private foundations and individual researchers. The authentic NIH institutional mark is shared parent branding, expressly qualified here; it is not presented as a separate NINDS-specific seal. Its activities encompass basic neuroscience, intramural laboratory and clinical research, extramural grants, neural technology, translational drug/device development and neurological clinical research. Relevant programmes include SBIR/STTR, Blueprint Neurotherapeutics, IGNITE and the cross-NIH BRAIN Initiative. Programme allocations and Congressional appropriations are agency budgets, not LP fund raises; awards are not equity investments or proof of recipient bank disbursement. No private venture funds or corporate cash raises are invented. The public profile captures all nine currently named institute leaders, the acting chief of staff and four publicly listed small-business programme contacts: fourteen individually sourced people and fourteen scoped roles. Acting titles are retained. Amy Bany Adams is the current acting director, with an official January2026 transition source; the existing AmyAdams NIH person and outside NIH role are preserved. Emily Caporello is explicitly last-published/former because newer first-person evidence reports her move to FDA, despite the older programme-contact page still naming her. Seven genuine individually attributed portraits were recovered from NINDS, NIH intramural research, a former employer and original professional speaker/physician publishers. Seven others remain explicit source/access gaps; generic placeholders are excluded. The wider451-entry staff directory and external advisory council are not asserted as a complete employee census or current appointments where terms/access cannot be verified. The investment relationship graph can represent exact administered research-award notices, separately from equity. NIH RePORTER identifies five distinct annual NINDS-administered Synapticure awards under NS124457, NS134458 and NS143521, with exact recipient legal identity and notice dates. Published annual award amounts are obligations/awards, not additional cumulative headline cash or confirmed paid bank cash. The sole Synapticure issuer owner maintains those five relationships; no duplicate NIH-parent allocation or personal leader check is inferred.
Jimmy ComfortJimmy Comfort is the venture partner in Meridian Street Capital’s current official team directory. His affiliation is within the firm’s specialized early-stage healthcare and technology investing platform. The own website publishes a genuine individually associated portrait and exact title; no unsupported operating-company career, personal cash check or precise appointment date is inferred.
Caroline TarggartCaroline Targgart is the executive assistant listed in Meridian Street Capital’s current public team. This is an administrative affiliation within the healthcare investment firm, rather than an investment-partner or portfolio-company executive role. The official directory supplies her genuine named photograph; earlier employment and an exact appointment day remain unpublished.
Matt ShiflettMatt Shiflett is director of finance at Meridian Street Capital according to its current public directory, a finance function distinct from a general-partner investment role. His own manager-linked professional profile identifies CPA in its URL. The official named portrait is authentic; prior career, qualification date and joining day are not established by the directory.
Brianna YarnoffBrianna Yarnoff is an investor in the complete current public Meridian Street Capital team directory. She works within the firm’s early-stage healthcare and technology investment platform. The own directory publishes her genuine individually associated headshot and exact title Investor; no unsupported principal rank, appointment day, education or earlier employer is inferred.
Robel MulugetaRobel Mulugeta is an investor listed in Meridian Street Capital’s current public team. The firm specializes in early-stage technology and healthcare businesses, including clinical AI, care delivery and health-data infrastructure. His exact directory rank is Investor; the manager publishes a genuine named photograph but no full public career chronology or exact appointment day.
Chen ZhaoChen Zhao is published on Isaac Health’s About page as a medical director and behavioral neurologist, alongside an authentic named clinical portrait. She is absent from the main current care-team directory, and the linked individual biography currently returns404. The affiliation is therefore scoped to the published About listing, with present employment/status unverified; no personal cash or legalcompanydirectorship is inferred.

Rich ChurchRich Church joined Parkview Health as chief strategy officer in April 2022. He is responsible for developing and optimizing Parkview’s growth and strategic priorities. As Parkview’s senior strategy leader, Church oversees the health system’s growth and integration initiatives in its core and emerging markets. He also leads Parkview Employer Solutions, asset strategy, government relations, financial decision support, and business intelligence. Prior to joining Parkview, he was a practicing attorney for 22 years and the co-leader of K&L Gates LLP’s global healthcare law and FDA practice. In that role, he worked closely with Parkview Health, along with other leading health systems and academic medical centers, as well as healthcare disruptors and startups, in implementing strategic initiatives and accelerating organizational performance. Church also previously taught medical ethics and religion at Wingate University. Church holds a bachelor of arts from Calvin College, a juris doctor from the Duke University School of Law, and a master of arts and a doctorate from Duke University in religion, with a specialization in theological ethics.
Ray DusmanRay Dusman, MD, joined Parkview Health in 2010 as a member of Fort Wayne Cardiology, where he served as a cardiologist. He became chief physician executive in 2013 and was instrumental in helping to build Parkview Physicians Group, substantially growing its staff of physicians and advanced practice providers. In his current role, he provides executive oversight for all clinical care delivery. This includes physician leadership within hospitals, service lines, and institutes, as well as safety and quality, physician enterprise, and Graduate Medical Education. Dr. Dusman currently serves as vice chairman of the Parkview Health Board of Directors and previously served on the boards of Erin’s House for Grieving Children, the Fort Wayne Philharmonic, the YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne, and the University of Saint Francis. Dr. Dusman has a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame. He earned a medical degree at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, and is board certified in internal medicine and cardiology.
Rick HenveyRick Henvey joined Parkview Health in 2006 and became chief executive officer in January 2023. Henvey’s leadership has been the driving force behind the health system’s continued growth. Parkview remains the region’s largest employer with more 17,500 co-workers. Under Henvey’s leadership, Parkview has consistently received national accolades. In 2025 Parkview was named a top five Most Loved Workplace in the nation by The Wall Street Journal, was named one of America’s Best-in-State Employers by Forbes, and won NRC Health’s Excellence in Experience Management Award—marking the third consecutive year of Parkview receiving national recognition from NRC Health. The health system also continues to consistently receive top safety grades from the Leapfrog Group. Heavily engaged in the community, Henvey serves on several boards of directors throughout the region, including Trine University, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Indiana, and the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership. His previous board service includes the Indiana Chamber, the Fort Wayne Children’s Zoo, the Fort Wayne Civic Theatre, Erin’s House for Grieving Children (board chair), the Northeast Indiana Innovation Center (board chair), and the Honeywell Foundation. Parkview HealthParkview Health is a community-owned, nonprofit healthcare system serving Indiana and northwest Ohio. Its 2026 institutional factsheet identifies Parkview Health System Inc., incorporated in May 1995, as a 501(c)(3) organization. Its clinical roots extend to Fort Wayne City Hospital in 1878. The current system leadership directory describes 15 hospitals, more than 1,400 providers and more than 300 locations; the factsheet reports more than 17,500 employees and separately lists hospital facilities. This Indiana institution is distinct from Colorado’s Parkview Medical Center and unrelated investment firms. The Parkview Mirro Center for Research and Innovation supports clinical research, simulation, precision and genomic medicine, health informatics and healthcare technology commercialization. Its Health Services and Informatics Research team brings together data scientists, software engineers, psychologists, epidemiologists, human-computer interaction researchers and clinical project leaders. Projects cover digital health, behavioral and mental health, population health and patient-centered technology. Mirro is an institutional research and innovation center, rather than a separately established venture fund manager. Parkview Health is a named institutional participant in NeuroBell’s June 2026 financing, confirmed by University College Cork. NeuroBell develops neonatal brain-monitoring and AI technology. The announcement identifies Parkview Health in the United States without specifying a contracting subsidiary, investment vehicle or individual ticket. This institutional participation does not establish clinical device approval. The MedTech Global Gateway, operated with the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership and Indiana Economic Development Corporation, helps international innovators with US market entry, clinical and regulatory connections, product usability and commercialization. Parkview’s Global Innovation Competition and community grants are separate programmes; prize ceilings, potential pilots and grant limits are not private fund closes or evidence of paid equity investments. A December 2025 partnership with Notre Dame and the 1842 Fund aims to create up to two AI businesses addressing rural healthcare in 2026. The announcement attributes initial investment to the external 1842 Fund, powered by Alloy Partners, rather than to a Parkview-owned fund. Published leadership includes the six current system executives, the 23-person Mirro informatics research directory, board chair Dan Starr and community-impact leader Sarah GiaQuinta. Rick Henvey is CEO; Ray Dusman leads the physician and clinical enterprise and serves as board vice chair. Research-team roles are scoped to Mirro and do not imply individual investment authority. Exact private financing allocations, a comprehensive current board roster and any independently managed Parkview venture fund remain unverified.
KAHR BioKAHR Bio is an Israeli clinical-stage biotechnology company developing multifunctional biologic immunotherapies for cancer. Its lead investigational drug, DSP107, is a bispecific fusion protein that binds CD47 on tumour cells and engages the 4-1BB costimulatory pathway to activate T cells, while also seeking to reverse CD47-mediated suppression of innate immunity. Development currently focuses on advanced microsatellite-stable colorectal cancer, including combination treatment with the anti-PD-L1 medicine atezolizumab. A randomized Phase IIb study compares that combination with fruquintinib; ClinicalTrials.gov lists the study as recruiting, sponsored by the separate Australian entity Kahr Bio Australia Pty Ltd. Earlier clinical programs investigated other solid tumours and myelodysplastic syndromes. KAHR retains global rights to DSP107 and describes a clinical collaboration and atezolizumab supply agreement with Roche. DSP107 is investigational: an IND clearance permits clinical research and does not constitute marketing approval. The company’s comparative survival claims require confirmation through controlled trials.
