Tony Kaczkowski

Tony Kaczkowski is CEO of Confluent Health’s Industrial Health & Safety Solutions division, including Fit For Work, WorkSTEPS and IAA. His clinical and executive career spans occupational and musculoskeletal health, injury prevention, ergonomics and employer-based services. He founded and expanded InSite Health before its merger into Briotix Health. The parent’s October6,2026 announcement confirms this newly appointed division role; it is not parent-company CEO.
