Confluent Health is a privately held US musculoskeletal healthcare group operating physical and occupational therapy, chronic-pain care, injury-prevention services and clinician education. Its current website describes more than60 partner brands and over1,650 sites of care. The company supports independent clinical practices with shared operations, payer networks, value-based care programmes and education through Evidence In Motion. Industrial Health & Safety Solutions comprises workplace-health businesses including Fit For Work, WorkSTEPS and IAA. The legal corporate sponsor is Confluent Health LLC, headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky. This is separate from Confluent enterprise data-streaming software and similarly named financial or hospital organizations.
