Lilicia Bailey
Lilicia Bailey leads CommonSpirit’s people strategy. She joined in2023 after serving as Emory Healthcare’s chief people officer, with earlier leadership at Wake Forest Baptist Health, Belk and Cox. She holds Pepperdine graduate degrees and a Spelman psychology degree.
