Edgard Capdevielle

Edgard Capdevielle joined Alethea’s board as an independent director effective December9,2025. The issuer’s announcement describes his prior leadership at Imperva and Data Domain and his work scaling Nozomi Networks. He was Nozomi CEO when that announcement was issued; his newer own public departure statement says he handed the CEO role to co-founder Andrea Carcano and moved to executive advisor. The exact transition day is not established here, and the old CEO title is not asserted current.
