Mary Kinnane

Mary Kinnane is Enterprise Ireland’s divisional manager for People and Global Markets, appointed in July 2026. Her published role combines the agency’s international network and people responsibilities. She is a University College Dublin graduate with extensive agency experience supporting startups, scaling companies, exports and leadership development.
