UCSF’s own advisory biography describes earlier work as a senior adviser at the US Department of Health and Human Services and vice president of corporate development at Gerson Lehrman Group, as well as a Harvard undergraduate degree, Harvard MBA and Yale law degree. Rock Health’s October 2016 retrospective describes the first LifeForce fund and its initial investments in Advantia, Second Genome and Able Health.
