More recent first-person departure evidence reproduced in a public professional post says she moved to FDA’s Office of Neurological and Physical Medicine Devices as deputy director after leading the NINDS programme for seven years. Her NINDS affiliation is therefore explicitly historical/last-published; an exact departure day is not inferred from relative post dates. Programme leadership is not a personal company check.
