CoFound Partners

CoFound Partners, also presented by its current own site as CoFound and named Co-Found Partners in IsaacHealth’s2024 seed announcement, is an early-stage venture investment platform launched by Jordan Wan in late2019. It backs technical founders in software, healthcare and deep technology while helping with customer discovery, pricing, sales and product-market fit. Its current team includes founder/general partner Jordan Wan and investor Libby Fidel, whose focus covers deep tech and AI. Libby’s own appointment announcement is dated July1,2026; both current public named team members are recorded with genuine individually attributed portraits. Third-party extra adviser/headcount claims are not treated as a current published roster. The exact cofoundpartners.com platform is distinct from similarly named cofounder studios, cofound.com and general founder partnerships. Its primary March31,2026 FormADV identifies the Delaware legal adviser CoFound Ventures Management, LLC, CRD315294, alongside related CoFound fund/GP entities. The current platform identity is linked by those exact legal filings and its named founder; neither a concept-fund LLC nor a fund-specific GP is silently substituted as the paying subscriber for every portfolio investment. Isaac’s precise subscribing fund/SPV and individual ticket remain unpublished. Formative/CloserIQ is Jordan’s separate recruitment-business history, not a duplicate fund manager. Three exact primary legal vehicles are captured: CoFound Partners, LLC (the2019 concept vehicle), CoFound Partners Venture Fund I, LP (formed2021) and FundII, LP (formed2024). The concept vehicle’s April6,2021 amended FormD reports USD2,000,100 total offered and sold, with zero remaining: an actually fully subscribed offering as of that filing, not a target or incremental extra raise. FundI’s June2022 filing reported10.688M sold-to-date; the manager’s October24,2023 retrospective announces its15M institutional fund. The later15M corpus supersedes that earlier partial snapshot rather than being added to it; exact final closing day is unpublished. FundII’s initial January2025 filing had zero sold before its offering progressed; no later actual corpus is proven. ADV private-fund asset values are investments/valuations, not new LP subscriptions or confirmed corpus. Actual source-proven backing includes IsaacHealth’s USD5.7M Jan29,2024 seed, CoFound’s reported participation in Destro’s USD8M Sep29,2026 seed and its lead of Coverwatch’s USD4.5M Jul23,2026 inception financing. The manager’s own AngelList syndicate material also lists ChartHop, GarnerHealth, NCX, GrowTherapy, Tilled, Almanac and SiteRX, without allocating exact tickets or investment days. Missing and sparse relevant portfolio companies are queued for full primary issuer audits. The sole Isaac issuer owner adds its exact institutional participation; the manager profile does not invent personal founder checks, unknown paying vehicles or duplicate issuer cash rounds.
