Jordan Wan

Jordan Wan founded CoFound in late2019 and is its general partner. An MIT-trained software engineer, he worked at Bridgewater Associates and healthcare technology businesses including Zocdoc, Oscar Health and PayPerks before founding the go-to-market recruitment business now known as Formative. CoFound’s current own biography describes his work on pricing, customer acquisition and early enterprise sales. Current CoFound is distinct from that recruitment company. A first-person2026 statement says he stepped back from Formative to focus on CoFound; older recruitment CEO titles are not assertedcurrent.
