Frank Verdecanna

Frank Verdecanna is an external adviser to Ballistic Ventures, helping portfolio businesses with financing, financial models, budgeting and capital planning. He has held CFO posts at public and private technology companies and was executive vice president and CFO of Mandiant before its sale to Google. He retired from that operating role in February 2023 and subsequently pursued advisory and board work.
