Insight Partners source, reviewed October 8, 2026: Growing up, I had no idea what software was. I vividly remember hearing the phrase “SaaS” at a summer internship interview during my freshman year of college. I somehow landed the role at an early-stage SaaS startup even though I was clueless. That experience acted as a crash course in all things SaaS and startups, spurring my excitement in the industry. I’ve always been fascinated with the idea of having an impact on the world that is much larger than myself, and I see technology and investing as the way to do this. Launching several startups myself, I know first-hand the struggles founders face. While in school at Washington University’s Olin Business School, I founded the university’s now-leading enterprise club. I also started a Substack publication and podcast (The Takeoff), where I interviewed over 50 leading founders and investors about their experiences and learnings for the next generation of tech entrepreneurs. At Insight, I get to back the ambitious founders and builders who are improving the world. My experience building and investing at other funds like Addition, JMI, and Equal Ventures, has shaped how I think about opportunities, teams, business models, PMF, and moats. My intellectual curiosity means I get excited by pretty much anything with a strong vision and killer product and team. I like founders with a strong clarity of thought and a deep passion for what they’re building.

Insight Partners source, reviewed October 8, 2026: Meeting and working with the world's most ambitious founders to scale innovative software businesses globally is, to me, the most humbling and deeply rewarding job one can have. I joined Insight in 2016 and have since partnered with dozens of software and technology ScaleUps across five continents. My focus is primarily on application software in Europe and North America, with a particular emphasis on ERP/supply chain, collaboration/productivity, Industry 4.0, and product-led SaaS. Fundamentally, I believe great businesses and the strongest partnerships come down to people and relationships. Deep connections with the leaders in my portfolio companies are what I pride myself on above all else. Prior to joining Insight, I worked in fintech at ICapital Network and mid-market Private Equity at Levine Leichtman Capital Partners. I graduated cum laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where I studied Venture Finance and Information Systems. Outside of work, I am passionate about music, reading, food, travel, and the Los Angeles Dodgers. I am a below-average dancer, but that’s ok — it rarely comes up in this line of work. Drop me a note if you’re building something cool and want to discuss it. I’ll be looking forward to it.

Insight Partners source, reviewed October 8, 2026: I developed a fascination with technology at a young age. Growing up, I loved playing video games, producing electronic music, tinkering with robots- it was all too easy to go down the rabbit hole of exploring what could be done with the tools I had. At that time, technology wasn’t everywhere yet, and the desktop PC was the main computer most families had. While at Stanford, I loved the culture of entrepreneurship where students would work on ideas that tackled challenging problems in the wider world; I had the chance to work with a number of startups throughout college, from inception as an early-stage investor at the DormRoomFund to an advisor at an investment bank. After spending time as a growth equity investor at General Atlantic and late-stage private equity investor at Permira, I co-founded my first company building a software platform for restaurants in Japan. In early 2021, I moved back to the US to join Centerview Partners, helping large technology companies think through business strategy, investor messaging, and M&A. Starting in early 2022, I joined Insight in NYC where I now focus on early and growth-stage opportunities to partner with businesses. In my free time, I love watching movies, exploring new restaurants, and DJing house music. I’ve worked on a few productivity tools in the past, and get excited about ways that technology can help us focus on the relationships that matter most to us in life.

Insight Partners source, reviewed October 8, 2026: I was born and raised in the Bay Area by a San Francisco-native mother of Irish, Italian, and Mexican descent, and a Bucharest-born father who grew up in Romania under the communist dictatorship of the Ceaușescu regime. My father came to this country not knowing how to speak English and with nothing but his masterful craft as a jeweler-entrepreneur, a desire for a better life, and a relentless hunger to achieve the American Dream. As such, entrepreneurship is in my DNA as well as a deep appreciation for diversity—particularly diversity of thought, experience, and perspective. I have an unparalleled desire to be the ‘hardest worker in the room’ and am always pushing to become the best version of myself. When I was 18, I left San Francisco and headed toward Dartmouth College. I honed my ability to execute at the highest levels, graduating Phi Beta Kappa and serving as the President of the Club Basketball Team, the President of the Rockefeller Business and Entrepreneurial Leaders, and was named a Rockefeller Leadership Fellow. While in school, I focused on green business and environmental economics, which served my career in venture and growth equity. My experience at Dartmouth translated to my role at Insight, looking at every investment opportunity from all angles—the team, the market opportunity, the product-market fit, the underlying financial KPIs of the business, the company’s defensibility & positioning relative to competitors—and crafting a synthesized perspective on whether we should invest and how we’d scale the business. I’m still writing my life story, but so far, it’s uniquely prepared me to meet amazing founders across the world, build relationships with them and their businesses, and relentlessly go to bat for them to achieve success.

Insight Partners source, reviewed October 8, 2026: One of my favorite parts of the job here at Insight Partners is helping founders win. In my role as Managing Director on Insight’s investment team, I am responsible for ensuring that founders and their companies leverage Insight’s expertise, learnings, and network so they can be as successful as possible after we invest. Since joining Insight in 2015, I have found and helped lead investments in more than 20 software companies. My primary focus is investing in and supporting high-growth software businesses across infrastructure and enterprise applications, developer tools, and cybersecurity. I began my professional journey at BuzzFeed, where I worked on the Data Science team. Before that, I was at The University of Pennsylvania’s School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, where I graduated summa cum laude with a BSE in Systems Science & Engineering and minors in Engineering Entrepreneurship and Mathematics. These experiences helped me develop a strong appreciation for data-driven decision-making and storytelling — two ingredients we still use today in finding and supporting great software businesses.

Insight Partners source, reviewed October 8, 2026: Born in a ‘Marwari’ family, an Indian ethnic group known for its entrepreneurial acumen, I grew up living and breathing entrepreneurship. I was introduced early on to the world of sales, product and profits. Helping my family business on a product launch or managing a few retail stores when someone was on vacation were some of my responsibilities as a kid. While working towards my Bachelors in Technology at IIT Kanpur — one of the leading tech institutions that has nurtured tech leaders and entrepreneurs — I was introduced to the world of startups. I worked with and supported several ambitious engineer-founders trying to solve challenging world problems using cutting-edge technology. We failed at many and were moderately successful at a few. I loved the experience! I had found my passion and knew that I wanted to dedicate the next few decades of my life in service of daring founders looking to build legendary businesses using the power of technology. I joined Insight in 2021, where my focus areas are global high-growth fintech, internet and software companies from Series A to pre-IPO stages. I am an operator at heart and enjoy working with founders on everything product, finance and strategy. Before joining Insight, I managed operations for a $300M+ consumer business at ITC, one of the largest consumer-product firms in India, and led technology investments at a leading Indian early-stage investment fund. I have also spent time with Baring Private Equity Asia, a leading middle-market private equity fund, and Fidelity Investments. Beyond work, you’ll find me learning new dance forms (seven & counting!), indulging in regional cinemas, exploring undiscovered restaurants in the streets of New York and traveling around the world.

Insight Partners source, reviewed October 8, 2026: One of my favorite things about my profession is figuring out someone’s “why” — where they come from, what drives them, and where they want to go. It’s a big reason why I love traveling — to learn how other people and cultures operate. To that end, I love meeting exceptional founders and uncovering the heart of their drive. Being a founder requires incredible resolve. Deep-rooted motivation and values are major drivers for the best founders to find success, and sharing in that journey is rewarding. Since joining Insight in 2017, I’ve been largely focused on unsexy industries like banking, insurance, compliance, and payments — all application software and technology in massive end markets where archaic systems and regulation dominate. I fundamentally believe these dynamics create the greatest opportunity for disruption, making the work all the more exciting. Prior to Insight, I worked at Compound investing in early-stage technology companies and Balyasny Asset Management analyzing public technology, media, and telecommunications companies. I graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Science, Technology, and Society and a minor in Engineering Entrepreneurship.

Insight Partners source, reviewed October 8, 2026: Italy is home, it is where I have my roots and favorite memories. Yet growing up, even my favorite dishes left me metaphorically "hungry." Home was cozy, but limiting. Arriving at Yale University changed everything. I was sure I’d become a scientist, but I ended up spending more time at the startup center than in the lab. I first co-founded and ran Clevrnet, a freelancing platform connecting early-stage startups with freelancers in colleges and professional schools. I then co-founded Havenly Treats, a thriving social enterprise kitchen on a mission to help refugee and immigrant women prosper and shape their communities. And in between, I poured over biochemistry textbooks and graduated magna cum laude double majoring in Molecular Biology and Economics. Working full-time at McKinsey after college, I learned how to be a trusted partner to operators. I advised clients across software, healthcare and a variety of other industries on functional topics such as marketing, sales, and growth strategy. All of these experiences have led to my work at Insight, where I get to roll up my sleeves and be part of the company-building journey from the beginning. After almost a decade in the United States, I am now coming full circle back in Europe, in London, where I have the privilege of spending most of my time with great European entrepreneurs.

Insight Partners source, reviewed October 8, 2026: If there’s one thing I have learned about investing, it’s that people choose to work with people. At the end of the day, it’s not about the firms; it’s about the people we choose to work with who are building solutions that fundamentally add value to individuals, businesses, and other organizations. My Insight career started by chance. Insight was recruiting for summer internships at the University of Michigan, where I graduated with a bachelor’s in business administration with high distinction from the Ross School of Business. I didn’t know much about the firm then, but I applied, landed an interview, and ultimately was offered an internship. After that, I was offered a full-time return offer, signed it on the spot, and never looked back. I’ve been with Insight full-time since 2014. Since then, I have invested more than $2 billion across enterprise and consumer technology and executed over 40 acquisitions for companies in the Insight portfolio. These investments span various end markets, including real estate and the built environment, fintech and healthcare. I currently lead several of Insight’s active investments, including IAD, CoreLogic, HqO, Chargebee, and Clarify Health, among others. Outside of my investing and portfolio work, I’m an active mentor to junior staff and help direct firmwide sourcing strategy. I love that we are working with people actively innovating in large categories that are often slow to change or adapt. It pays to take risks, fight for the things you care about most, and be willing to adapt on the fly when a situation warrants a shift in perspective or action. At the end of the day, Insight has some of the highest quality people I have met anywhere, in a professional environment or otherwise. Employees are given autonomy to try new things, even at a junior level, and that pays dividends. I especially appreciate that as a firm, we have created a space where people can develop their careers, starting from a summer intern and moving up the ranks to leadership roles. I couldn’t feel more excited to be here.

Insight Partners source, reviewed October 8, 2026: My fascination with software goes back to before I even knew the word. Charmed by childhood video games, I was later intrigued by the impact one person could have with a great idea. This led me to join the coding gold rush in high school, and even as a sophomore I knew that my future and software were intertwined. After studying economics and computer science at the University of Pennsylvania, where I graduated summa cum laude, I joined Morgan Stanley’s technology investment banking practice. I was fortunate to work with a number of best-in-class founders and operators on a variety of M&A and capital market transactions, learning what makes “great” distinct from “good.” I knew that if I was serious about software, Insight was where I needed to be. Now at Insight, I’m humbled and thrilled to partner with remarkable people making a positive impact. Outside of work, I love to frequent comedy clubs, explore restaurants, play guitar, and find new ways to enjoy Central Park.
