Madeline Vanica
Insight Partners source, reviewed October 8, 2026: Before joining Insight, Madeline gained experience at Point72, SoGal Ventures, and Teach For China, bridging the worlds of finance, venture capital, and service work. Madeline graduated with distinction from Yale University, where she studied History and Chinese language, focusing on great powers and the forces that shape global affairs. Originally from Hong Kong, she is fluent in Mandarin and passionate about technology and community building. She helped establish a technology lab in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, to support children in the Ger District. Beyond work, Madeline finds joy in playing tennis, skiing, yoga, surfing, and exploring farmers markets in new cities.
