Aidan Waldman
Insight Partners source, reviewed October 8, 2026: Aidan Waldman joined Insight Partners in 2025. Prior to joining, he worked in the Investment Banking Division at RBC Capital Markets, where he focused on the technology sector. Before that, he was a member of the investment team at Kidron Capital in Tel Aviv, concentrating on early-stage startups within the MedTech space. Aidan received a BA in Economics with a minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of Michigan, where he graduated with University Honors. During his time at Michigan, he served as Fund Director within the TAMID Group and worked with Israeli startups, advising on scaling and strategic growth. In his free time, Aidan enjoys health & wellness activities, exploring new restaurants, learning about developments in technology, and rooting for the Los Angeles Lakers.
