Identity reviewed October8,2026: its own company page, privacy policy and August7,2026 terms identify EigenH AI, Inc., a Delaware corporation, with registered corporate office at131 ContinentalDrive,Suite305,Newark,Delaware19713. The office is explicitly corporate identification only, not an operating or support office. Its own linked corporate LinkedIn identifies Austin,Texas as headquarters and founded2026; exact statutory registration identifier and incorporation day are not established in reviewed primary material. The official domain eigenh.ai is directly linked by founder DheerajInampudi on his personal site. Native and read-only SQL aliases/domain checks found no existing company, only a mention within his former employer Circuitry.ai. This company is distinct from Circuitry.ai and no historical employer finance or roles are transferred. Older dental-focused five-agent launch descriptions are time-qualified; current live/beta and nephrology scope follow the official website rather than stale secondary profiles.
Published public-team scope comprises six individually evidenced people: founder DheerajInampudi, founding AI engineer KarthikRommula, founding engineer ShaikMahammadJani, AI automation/voice-workflow engineer BaladityaSaiChinni, cloud engineer BheemaSubramanyeswarReddyTatiparthi, and healthcare product professional HarshaSanamandra. Own individual professional posts and the named engineering-team acknowledgement corroborate the affiliations. Harsha’s exact formal company rank is not published, so the role is scoped to the publicly evidenced team rather than assuming an executive title. Appointment days and a complete private payroll roster are unpublished; the directory’s seven-employee count does not supply a seventh identifiable person. Dheeraj’s authentic personal-site portrait and substantive biography are reused without changing his historical Circuitry engineering role. Authentic new portraits are used only where individually named first-hand assets can be obtained; inaccessible or anonymously labeled directory pictures remain documented gaps, with no guessed image/name associations.
Financing and investments: no primary announcement of an equity/debt financing, investor, grant, valuation, ticket or outbound investment was found in the reviewed official company pages, founder/team disclosures and focused funding searches. This is an evidence gap, not a claim that no private financing exists. No round or investor participation is invented. Its2026 AIBoomi VerticalVelocity/Caravan participation is source-reported founder-market-learning activity, not proof of a paid grant or institutional equity check. Service pricing, customer revenue, platform demonstrations and illustrative operational examples are not investment proceeds. | Austin, Texas, United States (self-published headquarters) · 131 Continental Dr, Suite305, Newark, Delaware19713, UnitedStates (registered corporate identification office; not operating/support office) |

Research goals and planned IND-enabling studies are not claims of clinical efficacy or regulatory approval. The current public directory names six scientific/operating leaders and five board affiliations across ten unique people, led by CEO and co-founder Joanna Wolak. US SEC filings identify Endlyz Therapeutics Inc., Delaware, CIK1875514. The July2021 filing reported USD3.25M equity sold toward a USD6.5M offering; this is an interim snapshot, not proof of final capital. The May2026 filing for a distinct March2026 offering reports USD17,250,395 sold, explicitly including conversions of earlier securities, so new cash cannot be equated to that total. The issuer describes Seed2 financing in2026 without a separately verified cash amount here. March2025 issuer disclosures identify USD2.2M MichaelJFoxFoundation programme funding; paid-to-date and instrument details remain unverified. Published backers include DDF, OxfordScienceEnterprises, AbbVieVentures, Parkinson'sUK and KU Leuven CD3; publication alone does not allocate them to a specific priced event. Current employee completeness and all private investor allocations remain unverified.

The website’s legal notice identifies Engine Biosciences Pte Ltd and its affiliate Engine Biosciences Inc. Investor EDBI’s contemporaneous 2018 announcement dates the business’s founding to2015. The current October2026 homepage remains active but no longer publishes the team or programme directory. The latest recovered original directory, archived April16,2026, names20 people across management, board, board observers and scientific advisers. It identifies co-founder Jeffrey Lu as CEO, Robert Abraham as CSO and Yaron Turpaz as CIO; their roles are last confirmed in that directory rather than assumed from a withdrawn current roster. Historical co-founder Daphne Teo is separately documented in the2018 announcement. David M. Epstein’s archived interim R&D role is marked historical because the company subsequently announced his death. Scientific founders and advisers include Timothy Lu, James Collins, Prashant Mali, Hu Li and Martin Kampmann. Three independently documented completed financings are retained: USD10M seed January31,2018; USD43M SeriesA May26,2021; and an additional USD27M SeriesA extension October31,2023. The2023 issuer reports USD70M total SeriesA and USD86M cumulative financing; neither aggregate is an extra round, and an unexplained difference from individually announced rounds is not inferred as cash. Secondary2026 financing reports remain pending primary filing or issuer verification.

Eureka Network AISBL | Eureka Network AISBL is the Belgian international nonprofit association operating the intergovernmental Eureka research and innovation network. Its enterprise number is BE 0429.585.680 and registered office is Avenue de Tervueren 2, 1040 Etterbeek, Brussels. The international initiative began on 17 July 1985; the legal association acquired personality on 21 October 1986. Authentic French notarised statutes and the Belgian KBO register establish continuity from association d'EUREKA to Eureka Network, its current registered name since 6 September 2024. The Secretariat is part of this institution, distinct from unrelated Eureka venture managers and technology companies.
The network supports international advanced-technology research and commercialisation by companies, universities and research organisations across 47 countries. Programmes include Eurostars, Innowwide, Eureka Clusters, Network Projects, Globalstars and Investment Readiness. Its AI and life-science relevance includes gMendel's genetic diagnostics project, which the company's 2023 review identifies as Innowwide-supported and completed in November 2023. A Eureka project association alone does not prove that this institution paid every national research grant or bought equity.
Innowwide is an EU-funded market-feasibility grant programme administered by Eureka within the European Partnership on Innovative SMEs, rather than a separate company, LP fund or additional cash buyer. Latvia's original September 2022 government publication identifies Association d'Eureka AISBL as coordinator under European Commission grant agreement 101055476, signed on 20 June 2022. Standard support is up to EUR 60,000 for a six-month SME project, with an independent local subcontractor. Programme ceilings and consultant-reported awards remain distinct from actual paid-to-date cash and payment dates. The earlier Horizon 2020 pilot/CDTI consortium is not automatically the provider for a 2022 first-call award. Innovation Fund Denmark explicitly states it does not award Innowwide funding, so the programme is not duplicated as its national Eurostars contribution.
The current Secretariat directory names eight managers. Its approximate 40 employees are not inferred as a full named roster. The sixteen published Belgian Chair 2026–27 people are separately scoped external representatives or support from BELSPO, Innoviris, VLAIO and SPW EER. Belgium's chair runs from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027, with Aziz Naji as published President. Former Swiss President Marc Pauchard is not represented as current President, although the October 2026 KBO register separately retains his statutory directorship. Brit Helle's daily-management appointment is 1 September 2021; migrated 2025 news timestamps are not appointment dates.
The direct legal register supplies nine statutory directors. Differences between registry names Urs Gut, Rudolf Grasveld, Kyeong Je and Agnieszka Ratjczak and published board names Andreas Gut, Dolf Grasveld, Yeon Woo Choi and Agnieszka Ratajczak remain qualified without unsupported person merges. The official logo and 24 named current Secretariat/Belgian Chair portraits were visually verified. Eight statutory-only people have unresolved authentic-portrait and expanded-biography gaps. EU co-funding, membership contributions, grant envelopes and network-wide investment totals are institutional resources, rather than AUM, LP fund closes or newly paid company rounds. | Avenue de Tervueren 2, 1040 Etterbeek, Brussels, Belgium |
European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) | EISMEA is the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency, established April1,2021 to implement EU innovation and small-business programmes. It administers activities including EIC Pathfinder, Transition, Accelerator and business acceleration services, innovation ecosystems, Single Market SME programmes and consumer programmes, supporting fields that include artificial intelligence, deep technology and health innovation. It is a European Commission executive agency and granting authority, distinct from the EIC Fund’s equity investment vehicle, EIB, EIF and private venture-capital managers. The current official organisation chart is effective October1,2026 and publicly identifies fifty leadership, management, deputy, policy-assistant and administrative-team affiliations, led by Director Momchil Sabev. The chart date is not asserted as the personal appointment date for each individual; the private employee roster is not inferred. Its official website uses European Commission institutional branding, faithfully retained as published shared agency branding rather than an invented independent logo. Public programme budgets, awarded grants and signed EU contribution ceilings do not prove paid investment cash or closed LP funds. Aindo explicitly names EISMEA as authority for its SydAi grant; CORDIS records agreement101218531 with signatureJune20,2025 and EU contribution EUR2,080,085.71. That is a grant contribution amount, not a proven cash disbursement, and the beneficiary issuer owns the funding event and institutional relationship. Original organisation-chart portrait objects are archived; person-to-image binding verification remains in progress before additional portraits are assigned.

EVER Pharma | EVER Pharma is a privately owned specialty pharmaceutical group headquartered in Unterach, Austria, focused on neurology and complex sterile injectables for oncology, intensive care and hormone therapy. The group traces its origins to EBEWE Pharma, founded in Vienna in 1934; the neurology business was spun off and rebranded EVER Pharma in 2008–2009 when the oncology business was sold to Novartis. Its facilities in Austria and Germany develop and manufacture injectable medicines and drug-delivery devices. Its neurological product portfolio includes Cerebrolysin and Dacepton, alongside D-mine pen and infusion-pump devices for Parkinson’s disease medication delivery; indications and availability depend on the local market. Its published group management includes chairman and owner Friedrich Hillebrand, CEO Georges Kahwati, and managing director and co-owner Julia Hillebrand. The website identifies EVER Neuro Pharma GmbH and EVER Pharma Jena GmbH as operating entities. Although nyra health financing announcements use the EVER Pharma brand, its registered shareholder and historical investment vehicle is the separate Hillebrand family-office entity HIL-INVENT Ges.m.b.H.; those equity participations must not be attributed to the operating pharmaceutical group. Published R&D spending and manufacturing investments are operational expenditure rather than venture financing rounds. | Unterach, Austria · Jena, Germany |

Founded by Ben Kuhn and Ginger Holguin and incubated by W Health Ventures/2070 Health, Everbright announced its launch and seed investment in October2025. everspin | 16 years in the making, Everspin just unveiled the first spin-torque MRAM, a contender for a new generation of memory chip technology. Our original investment thesis for novel memory technologies (like Coatue/AMD, Nantero and Everspin) was a sense that Moore’s Law would begin to bifurcate, where technical advances in memory precede logic by several years. In the next few years, radical advances in memory density and performance will be needed to relieve the performance bottleneck in corporate computing. These new technologies are non-volatile rad-hard memories that should be faster, smaller, cooler, cheaper and more reliable than the SRAM and DRAM kludge. Background: Memory advances are becoming increasingly important to further advances in computing and computation. The mention of Moore’s

Eye2Gene | Eye2Gene is a London precision-ophthalmology company combining retinal imaging, genomics and machine learning to identify likely genetic causes of inherited retinal disease. Its software prioritises candidate genes, measures imaging biomarkers and supports diagnosis, clinical-trial recruitment and gene-therapy development. The 2025 Nature Machine Intelligence study provides retrospective research validation; it does not establish universal clinical accuracy or regulatory approval. An active Innovate UK project aims to obtain UKCA/CE approval before clinical deployment.
The active legal entity is Eye2Gene Limited, UK company 11534583, incorporated on 23 August 2018. UCL Ventures and the issuer date its commercial spinout to 2026; that milestone is distinct from legal incorporation. Phenopolis Limited (11541164) is a separate software company sharing researchers, with no verified rename or merger. The technology originated in UCL Institute of Ophthalmology and Moorfields research.
Published leadership includes CEO/co-founder Nikolas Pontikos, CTO/co-founder Ismail Moghul, Chief AI Officer/co-founder William Woof and CMO/co-founder Michel Michaelides. Elis Yalman manages projects and medical-science liaison. The issuer's 2026 staff introductions also name Errolson Gonito, Alan Sousa da Silva, Judith McCarron, Saumya Agrawal, Oksana Krykun, commercial adviser Bruce Hellman and commercial intern Andrés Edwards. Saumya's October 2026 move from Founder Associate to part-time communications is qualified separately. Public profile-member counts and research coauthorship are not treated as undisclosed employees.
The corrected statutory share-allotment filing records cash shares issued during 23–30 March 2026: 328,945 A ordinary shares at GBP 3.04 and 80,000 ordinary shares at GBP 0.00001, totalling GBP 999,993.60. A separate 6–20 July 2026 allotment records 90,570 A ordinary shares at GBP 3.04, totalling GBP 275,332.80. These are statutory subscription periods, with series labels, individual buyers and exact closing days undisclosed. Exact cents remain in evidence because the structured Money field supports whole units. The original March SH01 was replaced on 3 August 2026.
Innovate UK's official project 10189359 records a GBP 298,345 grant offer to Eye2Gene Limited for regulatory approval, active May 2026–November 2027. GBP 662,989 is project cost, not the grant; an offer is not proof of bank disbursement. Twin Path Ventures' exact-domain portfolio confirms an undated investment affiliation without allocating it to either statutory allotment. Earlier NIHR and charity awards supported academic research and are not automatically company cash. Support logos alone do not establish paid equity checks by KQ Labs, UCLB, AWS, Adeline or Cambridge Angels. Secondary claims of a November 2025 USD 921,000 seed and USD 2.73 million cumulative financing remain unverified. | London, United Kingdom |

Eyenuk | Eyenuk develops retinal-image analysis software that brings AI screening and eye-care coordination into primary care, diabetes clinics and ophthalmic practices. Its EyeArt system analyzes photographs of the retina to autonomously detect more-than-mild and vision-threatening diabetic retinopathy and return a diagnostic report without a specialist reading every exam. EyeArt has FDA 510(k) clearance for diabetic-retinopathy detection in the United States; the company also reports EU MDR Class IIb certification for detecting diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration and glaucomatous optic-nerve damage. Its EyeScreen workflow supports expert human review of inconclusive images and non-DR findings, prioritized referrals and integration with electronic health records. A longitudinal monitoring workspace lets clinicians compare retinal findings and follow disease progression. Eyenuk also researches retinal biomarkers for systemic cardiovascular and neurological health; these research ambitions do not establish regulatory clearance for diagnosing Alzheimer’s disease or other neurological conditions. Founded in 2010, the company operates from the Los Angeles area and publishes a San Francisco correspondence address. | Los Angeles, California, United States |
