EQON develops electronic controllers and cloud software that reduce wasted electricity in heating cables. Its patented dimming technology replaces simple on/off switching with precise, real-time power regulation, so industrial and infrastructure heating systems receive the heat they need. The TC32 controller connects to the heating-cable supply, while EQON Online uses inputs such as weather forecasts, sensors and machine-learned algorithms to monitor energy consumption and equipment condition. Applications include industrial process temperatures, frost protection on ships and offshore equipment, snow and ice melting in cities, and railway infrastructure. TC32 IoT supports a subscription service for buildings and land-based systems; TC32 Industrial supports more demanding environments and integration with SCADA control systems. EQON publishes deployments with municipalities, Nordic Pharma and offshore operator COSL, and distributes its technology through electrical installers and wholesale partners. Climentum Fund I evidence: In his own June24,2026 post, GP Morten Halborg explicitly calls EQON Climentum’s 18th and final investment from Fund I. This is a source-explicit manager attribution, distinguished from generic portfolio membership and from the later Fund II launch. It does not disclose the exact legal fund entity, ticket or cash transfer date, and no Fund II allocation is inferred. The June24 international issuer release reports a $6m Seed round with the same Azolla/Wilstar/Climentum/Gain consortium. One canonical round is retained using the earlier issuer funding announcement date and source-explicit local-currency NOK60m; the later dollar-denominated release is not an additional round or an exchange-rate conversion. Investor tickets are undisclosed. Azolla is explicitly lead; Climentum lead status is unknown and omitted.
