GAIN Venture Capital invests in seed and early-stage companies building intelligent systems: AI-enabled hardware with closely integrated software. Its priorities include autonomous systems and robotics, sensors and edge computing, satellites, AI reconnaissance and decision tools, cybersecurity and data platforms. It looks for protectable intellectual property, a working prototype, real market demand and initial commercial traction. Beyond capital, it offers support with prototyping, early manufacturing, supply chains, legal work and marketing. The firm is based in the southeastern United States, with published locations in Northwest Florida and North Carolina’s Research Triangle. In July 2025 it announced that TechFarms Capital had become GAIN Venture Capital and launched GAIN VC Fund II. The Florida management company, originally TechFarms Capital Management LLC, was renamed GAIN VC Management LLC in March 2025. Its own legacy website remains live and the GAIN domain redirects to it. GAIN is distinct from unrelated foreign-exchange brokerage and credit firms using similar names.

Identity and legal history: Own July 8,2025 announcement explicitly says TechFarms Capital is now GAIN Venture Capital; gaincapital.vc presently redirects to the still-published TechFarms site. Official Florida document L16000186339 records the legal rename from TechFarms Capital Management LLC to GAIN VC Management LLC on March 17,2025. The April 1,2026 regulatory ADV CRD 336218 still uses the former name in its main fields and records GAIN Capital Management LLC in its new-name field. This spelling/status difference is preserved; no separate generic GAIN brokerage, TechFarms incubator or Palafox firm is merged. Founded 2016 refers to the management company, not the 2025 rebrand.
