EpiBiologics develops bispecific antibodies that selectively remove disease-causing membrane and extracellular proteins. Its EpiTAC platform recruits tissue-specific cell-surface receptors to degrade targets while sparing healthy tissue, with therapeutic programs in oncology and immunology and potential applications in neurological disease. Lead candidate EPI-326 is an investigational EGFR degrader in a Phase 1 solid-tumor study. The company was co-incubated by Mubadala Capital and Polaris Partners from scientific founder Jim Wells’s UCSF research.
