It plans to launch six to eight new ventures over five years across Europe and the United States, combining capital with clinical, entrepreneurial and operational support from inception through clinical and business milestones. Flagship early-stage healthcare venture fund with a EUR650 million close announced on 17 November 2025, investing in biotechnology and medical technology companies in Europe and North America. It supports initial and follow-on rounds for biopharma and medtech businesses addressing unmet clinical needs. The USD750 million figure in the release is a currency equivalent of the same fund.

Pan-European biotechnology acceleration fund, with a EUR165 million final close announced on 18 March 2025. It creates and builds research-derived biotech companies, expanding the strategy from Italy into France, the United Kingdom and Denmark. Named investments include Alzheimer’s therapeutics company BioClec, fibrosis company Forth Therapeutics and cancer cell therapy company Signadori Bio. Pharmaceutical backers include Amgen, Bristol Myers Squibb and Pfizer Ventures; their individual commitments are not reported here.

Early-stage digital medicine fund with a USD200 million close announced on 26 October 2023, within the research window. It backs businesses combining biology, data and computation, including AI, machine learning and healthcare analytics. At the announcement, named investments were Kiro, BioCorteX, deepc, L’école AI and Betteromics. The issuer also gives EUR190 million as the equivalent size; these are the same fund.
