Milan-based biotechnology company developing potential treatments for Alzheimer’s disease by targeting microglia, the brain’s resident immune cells. Its discovery program investigates a microglial pathway with the aim of changing the course of neurodegeneration. Scientific founder Marco Colonna’s neuroimmunology research underpins the company, which launched publicly in March 2025 with backing from Sofinnova Biovelocita II and CEO Gabriella Camboni. Specific drug candidates, molecular targets and clinical efficacy have not been publicly established.
