Inovo.vc is a Warsaw-based venture capital firm backing pre-seed and seed technology companies founded by entrepreneurs from Central and Eastern Europe, the Baltics and the Balkans, including the diaspora worldwide. Its published initial investment range is €0.5–4 million, with occasional €100,000–250,000 discovery investments and follow-on capital of up to €10 million per company. The firm invests across sectors, including AI, developer tools, enterprise software, healthcare and marketplaces, and can lead or co-lead rounds. Founded in 2014, it has backed more than 70 teams. Fund III totals €107 million; Fund IV targets €90 million according to IFC's 2026 disclosure. EIF and BGK announced a €30 million commitment to a new Inovo fund in August 2026. Inovo operates remotely with offices in Warsaw, Amsterdam and Luxembourg.
