Space technology company co-founded in Ukraine in 2021 and operating from Turin, Italy after relocating in 2022. It develops ARCap, a standardized autonomous rendezvous and docking module for integration into satellites, orbital transfer vehicles and other spacecraft. The module supports proximity operations needed for satellite inspection, relocation, life extension, de-orbiting, debris removal and space logistics. Its technology draws on the heritage of the KURS rendezvous system while developing hardware, radar and control algorithms for commercial customers. The company offers the module to spacecraft manufacturers and servicing operators; its January 2026 update reports radar validation in chamber and field tests as development continues.
