Paris-based preclinical biotechnology company developing off-the-shelf immunotherapies for solid tumours by engineering monocytes directly inside the patient. Its platform builds on Gustave Roussy research into p21 (CDKN1A), a regulator of myeloid immune-cell activity, to reprogram innate immune cells and counter tumour-driven immune suppression. Lead program SiB-2101 is advancing toward candidate nomination. Scientific founders Jean-Luc Perfettini and Nathalie Chaput created the company with Sofinnova Partners and Gustave Roussy; Selwyn Ho is its current CEO. The technology remains preclinical.
