Since joining Parkview Health in 2000, Dena Jacquay has served in several leadership roles, supporting administrative services and driving the health system’s culture, both within Parkview and in the communities Parkview serves. As chief administrative officer, Jacquay is responsible for key strategies that support the success of Parkview, such as information services, service excellence, community health and equity, and talent attraction, retention, and development. Juli Johnson joined Parkview Health in 2004 and has served in a variety of administrative and clinical leadership roles. As chief nursing and healthcare markets executive, Johnson leads Parkview’s core markets and facilities across 22 counties in northern Indiana and northwest Ohio, including all nursing and clinical departments, such as Lab, Diagnostic Imaging, Pharmacy, Therapies, Sleep Medicine, and Cardiopulmonary. Strongly rooted in the community, Johnson serves on the boards of directors for Erin’s House for Grieving Children and Bippus State Bank. She is also a member of the Indiana University Fort Wayne Advisory Board. Johnson received her bachelor of science in nursing from Indiana University in Bloomington, and her master of science in nursing from Western Governors University. Rich Church joined Parkview Health as chief strategy officer in April 2022. He is responsible for developing and optimizing Parkview’s growth and strategic priorities. As Parkview’s senior strategy leader, Church oversees the health system’s growth and integration initiatives in its core and emerging markets. He also leads Parkview Employer Solutions, asset strategy, government relations, financial decision support, and business intelligence. Prior to joining Parkview, he was a practicing attorney for 22 years and the co-leader of K&L Gates LLP’s global healthcare law and FDA practice. In that role, he worked closely with Parkview Health, along with other leading health systems and academic medical centers, as well as healthcare disruptors and startups, in implementing strategic initiatives and accelerating organizational performance. Church also previously taught medical ethics and religion at Wingate University. Church holds a bachelor of arts from Calvin College, a juris doctor from the Duke University School of Law, and a master of arts and a doctorate from Duke University in religion, with a specialization in theological ethics.

Ray Dusman, MD, joined Parkview Health in 2010 as a member of Fort Wayne Cardiology, where he served as a cardiologist. He became chief physician executive in 2013 and was instrumental in helping to build Parkview Physicians Group, substantially growing its staff of physicians and advanced practice providers. In his current role, he provides executive oversight for all clinical care delivery. This includes physician leadership within hospitals, service lines, and institutes, as well as safety and quality, physician enterprise, and Graduate Medical Education. Dr. Dusman currently serves as vice chairman of the Parkview Health Board of Directors and previously served on the boards of Erin’s House for Grieving Children, the Fort Wayne Philharmonic, the YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne, and the University of Saint Francis. Dr. Dusman has a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame. He earned a medical degree at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, and is board certified in internal medicine and cardiology.

Rick Henvey joined Parkview Health in 2006 and became chief executive officer in January 2023. Henvey’s leadership has been the driving force behind the health system’s continued growth. Parkview remains the region’s largest employer with more 17,500 co-workers. Under Henvey’s leadership, Parkview has consistently received national accolades.
