Wallonie Entreprendre (WE) is Wallonia’s regional public financing and investment group, organized as Belgian public-interest company Wallonie Entreprendre SA, enterprise BE0793.630.244. Its public mission combines patient equity, loans, guarantees and business support across company stages. The official Belgian registry proves that WE legally absorbed SRIW (BE0219.919.487), SOWALFIN and SOGEPA on January9,2023; this is legal succession, rather than a simple shared regional brand. Its Venture Capital expertise combines Life Sciences and Digital Deeptech, investing in biotechnology, medical devices, digital health, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and research commercialization.
