TCD Capital is a Brussels-based venture capital and private equity manager investing in European growth companies across Technology, Life Sciences and Smart Living. Its legal manager is active Belgian company TheClubDeal Capital Advisors SA, enterprise BE0647.570.713, incorporated January 28, 2016. The firm announced its change of public brand from TheClubDeal to TCD Capital on February 19, 2024; this does not change the legal manager. Its own portfolio includes brain clinical-trial analytics, neurostimulation, blood-brain-barrier therapeutics, surgical planning and AI-enabled restaurant supply management. Fund I and Fund II are separate investment vehicles; the manager also arranges club deals and advisory mandates. Fund II completed its final close at approximately EUR40 million at the end of June 2023.
