Operated by RunwayFBU Fund Management AS, it backs industrial AI and software, connectivity, robotics, automation and autonomous systems, primarily in Norway and the Nordics with selected investments elsewhere in Europe and the United States. It helps founders validate technology with industrial customers and gain access to technical expertise, pilots and commercial partners through the RunwayFBU ecosystem at Fornebu.

    Industrial technology venture fund with a NOK 400 million first close announced in August 2026. It invests from pre-seed through Series A in industrial AI and software, robotics, automation, connectivity and autonomous systems, with approximately 20 planned investments. Aker is its cornerstone investor alongside industrial, institutional and private investors. Its first two investments are Minerva Humanoids and Hive Autonomy. The first-close amount is not a final-close claim.
