Cottonwood Technology Fund IV Coöperatief U.A.—
Cottonwood’s Dutch legal Fund IV vehicle, identified in its own key information document and an official foreign-fund register. The firm announced a first close for the Fund IV family on March 5, 2025 to back IP-driven, early-stage hard technology businesses in Northwest Europe and the Southwest United States. The public close amount is withheld because the issuer’s Dutch and English announcements disagree on currency; the separate target is not treated as capital raised.
Cottonwood Technology Fund IV, LP——
Cottonwood’s distinct Delaware Fund IV limited partnership, formed in 2024 and managed by CCP IV - GP, LLC, with David Blivin managing the general partner. Its March 2025 Form D reports USD20.25 million of cumulative securities sales across a domestic Regulation D offering and a parallel Regulation S offering, against a USD80 million offering target. Those aggregate sales are not a verified LP-only corpus or a separate final close.
