Circular Genomics develops blood-based circular RNA biomarkers and analytical tools for research into neurological and psychiatric disorders. Its CircPath platform profiles brain-derived circRNAs to investigate disease pathways, identify biomarkers and characterize patient cohorts. Published applications include Discover 1600+ for broad circRNA profiling, AD Detect for research into biomarker-defined Alzheimer’s disease biology, and AD Predict for research into future cognitive impairment and symptom progression. The current CircPath applications are labelled for research use only and are not intended for diagnostic procedures. The company also announced the historical launch of MindLight in September 2024, a blood assay intended to help clinicians assess antidepressant response in major depressive disorder; its present availability is unverified.
