BNP Paribas Fortis Private EquityBNP Paribas Fortis Private Equity is the Belgian bank group’s long-term institutional private-equity investing platform. It invests directly through minority equity and mezzanine financing and indirectly through private-equity funds, focusing on Belgian companies across sectors apart from real estate. Its own current policy describes indicativeEUR1M–50M tickets, typicallyEUR3M–15M; these are policy ranges rather than actual company checks. It explicitly operates without a closed-end fund timetable, supporting patient investment horizons rather than a newly raised limited-life LP fund. The principal Belgian investment holding, BNP Paribas Fortis Private Equity Belgium NV, is an active separate legal subsidiary BE0421.883.286, incorporated September16,1981; the bank’s historical brochure dates private-equity operations from1982. Current official KBO and GLEIF records verify that legal identity and registered Warandeberg3 Brussels address. The holding’s six statutory directors are Raf Moons, Renaat Denolf, Frank Claeys, Annegreet De Smedt, Stéphane Vermeire and Sandra Wilikens. Related BNP Paribas Fortis Private Equity Management NV BE0438.091.788 was incorporated July25,1989 and absorbed Fortis Private Equity Venture Belgium BE0431.044.244 inSeptember2014; it remains a distinct governance/service entity. The platform description qualifies both legal units rather than claiming that every broadly named historical company check belongs to one particular subscribing subsidiary. BNP Paribas parentInvestor and other Fortis entities remain separate; no parentbank cash check is duplicated. The current operating directory publishes16 named investment and support people headed by Raf Moons, with Renaat Denolf as COO. Four further source-confirmed holding directors bring the combined scoped public roster to20 unique people. Public titles and subsidiary-specific board positions are retained;20 is not a legal-entity employee headcount. Raf’s existing authentic portrait, biography and GFF permanent-representative roles are preserved. Three further genuine portraits are recovered: Renaat and Mark from the bank’s original historical team PDF, with current titles independently verified, and Sandra from the group’s own current named leadership page. Sixteen people lack a recoverable original portrait: the current bank directory’s16 direct asset paths return denied or unavailable content, so no artificial images or anonymous silhouettes are used. The bank’s own current portfolio and historical original credentials document reMYND equity investments inSeptember2009 andMay2016. Issuer sources separately name this private-equity platform in the actualDecember2018 SeriesB andJanuary2021 second close; individual check amounts and exact2016/2018/2021 subscribing subsidiaries are unpublished. The official2009 ARKimedes-Fonds report identifies Fortis Private Equity Arkimedes as the older vehicle and reports EUR750,000 cumulative investments through December31,2009; this is not assigned as a September2009 event ticket. These direct company equity events differ from licensing or clinical partnerships. The platform and PMV also act as advisory/service providers for Belgian Growth Fund structures; BGF I’s actual312M final commitment corpus and BGF II’s EUR247.5M committed corpus at its second close at the end ofDecember2025, reportedJanuary14,2026 with fundraising still open belong to those separately constituted funds, not to new capital raised by this own-capital platform. BGF II is a distinct registered self-managed AICB with separate management/service arrangements. Bank AUM, institutional portfolio valuations,103M holding subscribedcapital and400K Management subscribedcapital are not LP closes or paid reMYND checks. No unsupported stand-alone fund close is created. The authentic BNP Paribas Fortis group logo is the published brand used by its private-equity pages and own primary investment release; no independent PE-specific mark is implied.

T. Rowe Price Investment Management Inc.T. Rowe Price Investment Management, Inc. (TRPIM) is a separately SEC-registered Maryland investment adviser within the T. Rowe Price group, CRD314590 and adviser file801-121434. Its current July1,2026 Form ADV identifies T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. as the direct controlling owner and T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. as indirect owner. Regulatory officers acquired their positions beginning May2021; the distinct investment business began operating March7,2022 after the publicly announced separation of six U.S. strategies. The founding field reflects the primary-confirmed March2022 operating establishment. Officers were already appointed in2021; an exact legal incorporation day is not independently established here, and those appointment dates are not represented as a separate founding event. Neither the group parent nor Associates is substituted for TRPIM when an issuer explicitly names accounts advised by this specific entity. The principal office is1307PointStreet,Baltimore,Maryland21231. It conducts independent investment research and decision making with shared group corporate functions, managing registered funds, institutional separate accounts and other client mandates across equities, allocation and high-yield credit. Its publicly named professionals include specialist biotech and healthcare analysts, quantitative researchers and investment managers. Actual deeptech/life-sciences exposure is established by Alamar Biosciences, a precision-proteomics platform company: its January2026 announcement names accounts advised by TRPIM as participants in completed USD56.5Mconvertible-note financing. That is client-account investment, not a treasury purchase by the adviser; the exact investing account, legal fund, individual ticket and lead status are unpublished. Conversion of these notes in an IPO would not be new cash. Primary own biographies and the July2026 adviser filing support a scoped25-person public investment/governance roster; this is not an invented full private employee directory or wholesale import of the parent group staff. Stephon Jackson remains president/head through2026; Steven Krichbaum became associate head January22,2026 and is announced to succeed him January1,2027. Parent executives RobertSharps,DavidOestreicher andJenniferDardis are included only for the distinct TRPIM legal director/officer roles explicitly confirmed by FormADV. The current filing lists no private funds in Schedule7.B.(1) or7.B.(2). Its public open-ended mutual funds, exchange-traded products and client accounts are not closed-end VC LP funds. Verified products are recorded with undisclosed fundraising amounts and closing dates; net assets, regulatoryAUM, GAV, fund fees, share purchases and strategy launch dates are not closed fresh capital. Current legal adviser/subadviser allocation is qualified separately for each fund, with broader product-wrapper audit retained as a documented gap. Own biographies currently use a generic avatar for BrianBerghuis and DouglasZinser, while compliance officer SavonneFerguson lacks a verified own current portrait; those three portrait gaps remain explicit. Every other included portrait is the genuine named official asset, not a generated image.

Sonia GandhiSonia Gandhi is listed by Parkinson’s UK as Professor Sonia Gandhi. Own published biography: Professor Sonia Gandhi Photo credit: Dave Guttridge I was delighted to be appointed in 2026 as both a Parkinson’s UK trustee and as a director of the charity’s drug development and discovery programme, Parkinson’s Research Ventures. I am a Deputy Research Director at The Francis Crick Institute and a Professor of Neurology at UCL where I lead a neuroscience research programme focused on Parkinson’s, driven by patient involvement, and aiming to discover new treatments for the condition. Throughout my career, I have sought to understand the molecular causes of Parkinson’s and have been involved in studies exploring the potential of disease modifying therapies and developing precision medicine approaches. I'm excited to be helping to shape the future of Parkinson's UK to provide the best possible support to the Parkinson’s community and to play a role in developing Parkinson's Research Ventures' portfolio of new drugs.
Sangeeta KulkarniSangeeta Kulkarni is listed by Parkinson’s UK as Dr Sangeeta Kulkarni. Own published biography: Dr Sangeeta Kulkarni I was honoured to be appointed as a trustee in December 2024. I am a consultant geriatrician based in Gloucestershire with over a decade of experience in the care of older adults, including those living with Parkinson’s. I hope to contribute to the charity’s mission by offering a clinical perspective on key decisions, supporting the development of educational programs, and advocating for improved access to specialist care. My role as a clinical specialist has given me an insight into the complexities of symptom management, the importance of multidisciplinary care, and the need for continuous innovation in treatments and support services. I am particularly interested in enhancing awareness and education around non-motor symptoms of Parkinson’s, such as cognitive decline, sleep disturbances, frailty, multiple coexisting health conditions and mental health challenges. These symptoms can often be overlooked but have a profound effect on an individual’s well-being. I believe that collaboration between medical professionals, researchers, policymakers, and patient communities is essential in driving progress. I am excited to contribute to the charity’s initiatives, ensuring that every person with Parkinson’s has access to the best possible care, support, and information. Watch Sangeeta's chat with Gary Shaughnessy (our Chair) on YouTube to find out more about her interests, background and why she became a Parkinson's UK trustee. Companies House spells the same trustee legal name Sangita Sachin Kulkarni; the statutorydirector appointmentFebruary5,2025 is distinct from the biography’s December2024 trusteejoining statement.
Pamela HardingPamela Harding is listed by Parkinson’s UK as Pamela Harding. Own published biography: Pamela Harding I became a trustee and Chair of the Board’s People Committee in 2025. My professional and volunteer work is driven by a desire to serve and benefit individuals and societies. The work that Parkinson's UK does is close to my heart because a close relative has Parkinson's. As an experienced senior HR professional, I've successfully developed and led many people-related initiatives that have improved organisations’ effectiveness. I also have expertise in organisational design and understanding how the right technology, processes, people, culture, and resources contribute to achieving the best results.
Peter MillerPeter Miller is listed by Parkinson’s UK as Peter Miller. Own published biography: Peter Miller I am delighted to have been elected a Trustee of Parkinson’s UK for a second time as I have a deep personal commitment to improve the lives of those affected by Parkinson’s. My wife’s diagnosis in 2014, resulted in my involvement in advocacy and research within the Parkinson’s community locally and nationally. I enjoyed a career in international sales and marketing including leadership roles at HP and Pearson, giving me experience in lobbying, governance and stakeholder engagement. After retiring in 2017, I dedicated my time to volunteering for the NHS, Parkinson’s UK, and other charities. I served as a Trustee of Parkinson’s UK from 2019 to 2023, representing the Parkinson’s community in England. In 2018, my wife and I were co-founders of Fighting Fit, a small charity delivering residential wellbeing courses for those with early-stage Parkinson’s. At the end of 2023, I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma (an incurable, but treatable, cancer of the bone marrow) and as a result stepped back during chemo treatment but I am currently in remission and ready to get back to work. I am passionate about championing the patient voice, tackling healthcare inequality, and supporting those with complex and advanced Parkinson’s. I relish the opportunity to support the future development of the charity.
Katrina GreenKatrina Green is listed by Parkinson’s UK as Katrina Green. Own published biography: Katrina Green I was appointed trustee and Finance Trustee in 2020. My dad was diagnosed with Parkinson’s in 2017 after experiencing symptoms for over a decade, so that’s where my motivation comes from. In my day job I work in corporate finance for an insurance company and I’m a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder. Outside of work and Parkinson’s UK, I love to travel and play an active role in my community in North London. My experience in finance means I’m passionate about making the most of every penny Parkinson’s UK receives. I want us to find a cure and in the meantime make life better for people with Parkinson’s, and their family, friends and carers. Watch Katrina's chat with Gary Shaughnessy (our Chair) on YouTube to find out more about her interests, background and why she became a Parkinson's UK trustee.
Jane BurstonJane Burston is listed by Parkinson’s UK as Jane Burston OBE. Own published biography: Jane Burston OBE In my day job, I run a charity of a similar size. I bring experience of what others in the charity sector are doing, so we can keep up to date. I also have a lot of fundraising experience, having raised over £150m for my organisation in the last 4 years. Previously, I was head of a department of a large science lab, responsible for managing £18m of scientific research each year, so I can also contribute to discussions about research for new treatments. I’m involved with Parkinson’s UK because my dad was diagnosed at age 40. I used to run a lot of marathons for Parkinson’s and have met some fantastic people on sponsored walks who are now firm friends. Because of my dad and my younger friends with Parkinson’s, I think a lot about how Parkinson’s UK can support people of working age with Parkinson’s and the challenges they face, such as caring for younger families. I love volunteering for Parkinson’s UK and hope I get re-elected so I can continue to contribute to making life better for everyone affected. Watch Jane's chat with Gary Shaughnessy (our Chair) on YouTube to find out more about her interests, background and why she became a Parkinson's UK trustee.

With over 25 years of project and design management experience in retail, manufacturing, research, and design, I completed a PhD at Sheffield Hallam University in 2007. I also set up and managed a deli, my own design business, and community art groups. I was a Trustee of two community charities and co-founded a youth club and a social dining club for the elderly. Diagnosed with Younger Onset Parkinson’s Disease in 2018 at the age of 47, I redirected my energy to being a Parkinson’s advocate and artist. As the co-founder of the award-winning Parkinson’s theatre group "Parky Players" in 2020, I have been the lead fundraiser and co-producer for their three theatre productions that toured the UK, including award-winning and five-star runs at the Edinburgh Fringe. I will use my experiences of postdoctoral work in cancer research within the NHS and university settings to contribute effectively at meetings, supporting the provision of excellent health care and investing in research for new treatments.
