Luffy AI develops adaptive neural-network controllers for physical machines. Its neuroplastic AI combines evolutionary algorithms and neural networks trained in simulation, then adapts on the device to changing loads and operating conditions. The controllers run within existing embedded hardware and can replace or complement conventional control loops without repeated calibration or cloud retraining. Applications include motors and industrial drives, robotic positioning, thermal and furnace control, drones and automotive powertrains. Based at Culham Campus in Oxfordshire, the company works with industrial partners to turn control prototypes and pilots into deployable products.
