  • Secil Baysal

    Secil is an executive, entrepreneur and operator with two IPOs under his belt. He specializes in product strategy, M&A, strategic partnerships and scale-up. Secil started his career at McKinsey in Europe working on financial services projects in Paris, Milan and Istanbul offices. He went on to join Capital One in 2002, initially as the chief of staff to Nigel Morris, and transitioned to manage the new-to-credit segment. He was one of the early employees of Green Dot, joining in 2005, where he built the Green Dot Network, the cash and money movement division, into a $200M business at the time of their IPO. After his success with Green Dot Network, he took on the role of General Manager at FastPay, a vertically focused invoice finance and B2B payments platform for the media industry. FastPay was acquired by AvidXchange in July 2021, three months before its IPO.   • Sandeep Patil

    Laura Bock is a partner at QED and focuses on U.S. fintech investments.
