Alan Priest

Alan Priest is a Spider venture adviser with startup finance and operations experience. As Anaplan’s first CFO he helped manage international expansion and later equity rounds; earlier he led finance at LiveOps and worked at other technology businesses. He advises enterprise-AI founders on fundraising, planning, process improvement and hiring. His education includes electrical engineering at GeorgiaTech and a Harvard MBA. Prior-company financings are distinct from Spider fund capital.
