Cory Rellas Based in San Francisco, Cory is an experienced technology entrepreneur, CEO, and investor. He was the Co-Founder and CEO of Drizly which he helped build into the leading on-demand alcohol marketplace, including raising $120 million of venture and growth capital from world-class investors, before selling the company to Uber for $1.1 billion in 2021. Following the acquisition, Cory joined Uber’s Senior Leadership Team working closely with the CEO and Head of UberEats on key product and strategy decisions. ‍ Before founding Drizly, Cory worked at Bain Capital Credit where he focused on public and private credit investments across industries. He began his career at the Notre Dame Investment office after earning a Finance degree from the University of Notre Dame where he was a captain of the men’s Varsity soccer team. ‍ Since leaving Uber 16 months ago, Cory has focused on both investing and operating in vertical applications of AI at the ground level. He is particularly passionate about partnering with founders who are problem obsessed with a particular focus on the future of commerce, health tech, and the modernization of legacy industries through AI.
