Niamh Sterling Partner, Furthr VC Niamh is a Partner in Furthr VC.  Previously, she was Co-Founder and Board member of Interact and H2O Solutions. Trading in Ireland and the Middle East, both companies were acquired by South African Company Bidvest Noonan in 2021. Niamh was also previously shareholder and board member of her family’s Engineering firm Leo Lynchs, which was acquired by US Private Equity firm, Cathexis Holdings in 2022. Prior to joining Furthr VC, Niamh was a key member of Halo Business Angel Network (HBAN) for over 5 years, where she was responsible for deal origination, curation and management through to deal closing. In 2022 HBAN invested over €33 million into 80+ deals. Niamh has previously mentored pro bono for the European Innovation Council and Endeavor.org.  She was the Barclaycard UK retail woman of the year 2018.
