Runway Growth Finance Corp. (Nasdaq: RWAY) is a Maryland specialty-finance company and externally managed business development company formed in 2015. It supplies secured growth loans and may hold warrants or equity in technology, healthcare and other growth businesses. It is managed by Runway Growth Capital LLC, an affiliate of BC Partners Advisors L.P.; the adviser acquisition in January 2025 did not acquire this listed lender. The company acquired SWK Holdings on April 6, 2026. Formerly Runway Growth Credit Fund Inc., it adopted its current legal name on August 18, 2021. Its public management directory and board name twelve current people. Michael Rovner and David Spreng are Co-CEOs from August 6, 2026; Carmela Thomson became CFO, Treasurer and Secretary on June 30.
