Thomas B. Raterman

Thomas B. Raterman, also known as Tom Raterman, formerly served as Runway Growth Finance’s Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Treasurer and Secretary. He retired from the BDC officer roles effective June 30, 2026 and became Vice Chairman of the external adviser, Runway Growth Capital. His historical company officer role is retained separately from that current adviser function.
