Gary Kovacs has served as an independent director of Runway Growth Finance since 2016. He formerly led Accela, AVG Technologies and Mozilla and held technology leadership roles at SAP/Sybase, Adobe/Macromedia and IBM. He retired from Accela in January 2024; older Runway biographies describe that former CEO position as current. He holds commerce and MBA degrees from the University of Calgary.
