Jennifer Kwon Chou

Jennifer Kwon Chou joined Runway Growth Finance’s board in 2025 as an independent director. She is a co-founder, President and Partner of Torch Key Asset Management and a senior adviser to The Gores Group. She formerly led strategy at Gores and worked at Sterling Partners and Lehman Brothers. She studied at the University of Pennsylvania and Kellogg.
