Idinvest Partners
Historical manager:117 avenue des Champs-Élysées,75008 Paris,France
Idinvest Partners is the historical Paris-based European investment manager founded in 1997, formerly AGF Private Equity. Its activities included venture and growth capital, private debt, industrial asset finance, and primary, secondary and co-investment portfolios. Its venture practice invested in digital technology, smart-city infrastructure and healthcare, including clinical artificial intelligence at Corti, healthcare AI at Sophia Genetics and digital therapeutics. Portfolio exposure is distinguished from an assertion of clinical efficacy or regulatory approval. The archived legal notice identifies Idinvest Partners SA, Paris RCS/SIREN 414735175, AMF approval GP 97-123 and AIFM authorization. Eurazeo completed its original 70% acquisition on April 12,2018, following the February 5 agreement; subsequent 2020 announcements and group reports describe acquisition of the remaining ordinary shares. Acquisition price and the manager’s assets under management are not company funding or LP fund closes. The SEC adviser filing CRD 310884 explicitly records the legal-name change to Eurazeo Investment Manager–EIM. Eurazeo’s own 2025 annual report confirms EIM was absorbed into Eurazeo Global Investor on December 31,2023. Current EGI has a different SIREN 414908624 and AMF approvalGP 97-117. The retained Idinvest historical investor 4113 is distinct from the existing Eurazeo group investor 2609; their prior checks, personal records and source histories are preserved rather than merged. The full August 2020 primary directory contains 132 named historical operating, investment, support and external advisory affiliations. Historical titles are marked expressly and publication date is not treated as employment start or exit day. Strategic advisers and venture partners are distinguished from operating staff; people who later joined other managers retain their other roles and genuine existing portraits. The directory includes founders Christophe Bavière and Benoist Grossmann; managing partners Matthieu Baret, Nicolas Chaudron, François Lacoste, Christophe Simon, Eric Gallerne and Sylviane Guyonnet; and the broader published private-debt, venture, growth, fund-of-funds, finance, operations, legal and investor-relations teams. This is not a claim that an independent Idinvest operating team still exists in 2026. Primary manager and parent reports establish genuine historical fund closes, including DigitalFundII, DigitalFundIII, GrowthFundII, PrivateDebtIV, ISIA and SecondaryFundIV. Program totals, initial targets, first closes and separate retail mandates are distinguished from final fund sizes. The original named retail legal vehicles are included only with source-qualified unknown cash size/closing dates where undisclosed. Historical publisher portraits and the original Idinvest logo are retained; inaccessible archival photographs remain documented gaps. Corti’s issuer researcher owns the sole matching 2021 Idinvest participation, while its 2023 source names Eurazeo separately.
