Prior to joining Goodwin, Danielle was an Associate at CamberView Partners, where she advised management and boards of directors of public companies on productive investor engagement, focusing on matters relating to corporate governance, executive compensation, environmental, social and governance and contested mergers and acquisitions. Danielle holds a J.D. from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, and a B.A. in Political Science and Spanish from the University of California, Berkeley.

Daniel Rasmussen joined Novo Holdings in 2024 as a Principal in Seed Investments. He is responsible for fund investments across biotechnology and quantum technology. Daniel has extensive experience in venture capital and growth equity. At BASF Venture Capital, he led and supported investments in frontier technologies, including quantum technology. Previously, he was with Verdane, a leading growth equity investor, where he focused on scaling technology companies across Northern Europe. He began his career at Oaklins as a corporate finance advisor, working on mid-market M&A transactions. He holds an MSc in Finance & Accounting and a BSc in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School.
