Johan joined Novo Holdings A/S in October 2026 as a Senior Procurement Specialist in Finance & Operation. Prior to joining Novo Holdings A/S, Johan worked at Ørsted, initially as a procurement specialist consequently heading a team of procurement specialists. Previously Johan worked in Maersk Drilling in various commercial functions, including three years in Houston, Texas. Johan holds a Master degree in International Marketing and Management from Copenhagen Business School.
