Helga Gudmundsdottir
Helga joined Novo Holdings A/S in August 2025 as Senior Legal Counsel, Competition Lawyer. She advises on a broad range of competition law matters, including merger control, foreign direct investment filings, and general compliance with competition law. Before joining Novo Holdings, Helga was a Senior Associate in the competition law practice at Clifford Chance in Belgium. She also practiced competition law at Van Bael & Bellis law firm in Brussels. Helga holds a Master of International Law from the United Nations-mandated University for Peace, a Magister Juris from the University of Iceland, and an LL.M. from Harvard Law School. She is admitted to practice law as a member of the Icelandic Bar Association.
