Jeppe Kolding

Jeppe Kolding joined Novo Holdings in 2025 as a Vice President in the Planetary Health Investments team. Before joining Novo Holdings, Jeppe served as a Vice President in the Life Sciences team at Moelis & Company, initially based in London and later in San Francisco, where he focused on M&A in the biopharma sector. Prior to that, he worked in the M&A team at Ernst & Young, starting in the Copenhagen office as a sector generalist before relocating to London, where he covered the life sciences sector across EMEIA. Jeppe holds a MSc in Finance & Accounting and a BSc in Economics & Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School.
