Turbine Capital is a Stockholm venture capital firm backing early-stage research-based deep tech companies, primarily in Sweden and the Nordic region. It combines patient financing over a 15-year fund horizon with university incubator networks and corporate partnerships to help technologies move from research and prototypes into industrial deployment and international markets. Its investments include semiconductor interconnects, optical communications for AI datacenters, silicon-carbide manufacturing, energy storage, industrial efficiency and AI-designed proteins for water treatment. The firm was initiated by the Sting incubator and connects founders with industrial customers and partners including Saab, Volvo Cars, Stena Sessan and Scania.
