Almi Invest GreenTech AB is Almi Invest’s nationwide Swedish venture investment subsidiary for climate and environmental technology. It invests alongside private investors in early-stage companies developing proprietary hardware or software with measurable climate or nature benefits, including lower emissions, more efficient resource use, ecosystem restoration and biodiversity protection. Its investment themes include energy storage and grids, circular materials, transport and mobility, industrial production and buildings, and agriculture and food systems. The team supports portfolio companies through board work, strategy and introductions to co-investors. It manages the original GreenTech programme and the second Climate Fund launched in 2024; these public investment programmes complement private venture capital.
