Perivoli Innovations is a Jersey-based purpose investment trust established in2016 and funded by the Perivoli Trust. It invests in early-stage medical and life-science university spinouts, climate technology, African digital businesses and productivity software, with investment gains supporting the separate Perivoli Foundation. It reports no third-party investors. Its trustees take investment decisions with advice from AMAS LLP principals James Alexandroff OBE and Barry McCorkell; these named advisory affiliations are distinguished from unnamed trustee appointments or employee titles. It is separate from the Perivoli Schools Trust and other charitable operating programmes. No external LP fund close or philanthropic budget is inferred from its investment mandate.
