Origine SGR S.p.A. is an Italian private-markets investment manager based in Milan, operating private-equity and venture-capital strategies. Its current venture portfolio includes neuroscience and medical-device businesses Newronika, Anaconda Biomed and Empatica, alongside other MedTech, life-sciences and digital companies. Its current VC funds are in the divestment and value-creation phase. Origine Growth PE Fund is a separate operational PIR-compliant strategy focused on Italian SMEs, industrial technology and business transformation, agri-food technology, energy transition, aerospace, defence and safety.
