Tommaso brings over 23 years of experience in the financial sector, more than 18 of them in private equity as a principal investor in Italian and European mid-market funds. Over his career he has managed every phase of the investment process, from origination and deal structuring through to portfolio management and exit. He has held positions of growing responsibility at leading private equity firms, including Senior Director at Green Arrow Capital, Principal at Ergon Capital, Director at Alto Partners and Junior Partner at Armònia SGR, developing significant experience in growth, sector consolidation and value-creation transactions. Tommaso began his career in corporate finance at Deutsche Bank and Lazard, where he gained experience across numerous M&A transactions.
