Moxxie Ventures is an operator-led venture firm founded in 2019 by Katie Jacobs Stanton. It invests primarily at pre-seed and seed in North American companies building software and systems, including vertical AI, healthcare, infrastructure, robotics, climate technology, enterprise software, fintech and consumer products. Its current published criteria favor a technical founder and evidence of a product, and its typical stated check range is USD500,000–2 million; those criteria do not establish any individual investment ticket. Its clinical-AI portfolio includes Knit Health, alongside companies applying AI to health-system operations, pathology, dermatology and clinical research. General partners Katie Jacobs Stanton and Alex Roetter draw on product, engineering and operating experience at Twitter, Google and other technology companies. The manager announced the actual USD85 million Fund II close in July2021 and USD95 million Fund III close in July2024. The legal adviser Moxxie Management, LLC is an exempt reporting adviser, CRD315493; its March18,2026 Form ADV lists Boulder, Colorado as its principal office. Legal fund assets and targets are distinguished from closed fundraising.
